Spice-riched urban landscape, will be regard the "spice" from the life as an active factor to triggerthe emotions of the public pleasure, to achieve "Life" and "formal beauty" fit, so that the public can gainthe satisfaction of material and spiritual needs from the landscape perception with felt in view and swimin Me. And the expression of spice that easy to perceive, also can make the landscape had borhappearance and vivid spice connotation relying on the contradictories with Public spice,The expressionof spice and Public perception, promote the public's landscape perception of affinity and identity,making it an effective carrier of the real communication designers and the general public.Based on the thinking of two core issues above-mentioned, this study regards the landscapecreation for the public spice and perception with Urban landscape reconstruction strategy as the object,to explore the road of urban landscape reconstruction using basic methods such as Literature Consult,Fact-field Surveys and with design practices cited by contrast.This article propose the urban landscape reconstruction strategy aimed to explore the source ofspice recycling and their specific design techniques, by analyzing the changing background of publicspice and summing the characteristics of public perception up. Then it sees the landscape creation forthe public spice and perception as the effective solution, to probe Based Strategy with three designlevels of visceral, behavioral and reflective for the different public perception needs of physical,behavioral and psychological, and then commenced above as a basis for Strengthening and InnovationStrategy, combined with the example analysis of Wuxi urban landscape and the future outlook for thisstudy, leading the public get the fun of perception from "material environment ", the fun of action fromQingjing, and the interested mood from Yijing step-by-step, in order to achieve improving public spicelevel and stimulating their optimistic attitude to life with urban landscape that is spice-riched and easyto percept.
