Research On Strategy For Yard Resource Management Of TPCT Conterminal

The development of global economic integration accelerates the economic and trade links among the countries of the world, and promote the global transportation industry especially the development of maritime transport. By the virtue of the large volume, low-cost characteristics, port container transport becomes the first choice of maritime transport. In recent years, Chinese container transportation industry has the rapid development, and the leading position in the world container port is more and more stable. As the first container location, Tianjin port show the good development trend of container transportation, and the throughput has risen every year. In many of Tianjin port container terminals,TPCT container terminal will get fast development with the superior location advantages and policy advantage. As the place of container stacking for loading and uploading ship, and the place of temporary custody and the transfer of containers to the owner, the container terminal yard has the very important influence on the level of the whole terminal operation efficiency. Thus, to improve the effective use of TPCT container terminal yard, the main contents of this article take TPCT container yard for example to manage the terminal yard resources.The main research study is the following aspects:First of all, starting from the overview of container terminal yard, it has the brief introduction of the basic functions and necessary construction condition of container terminal yard, and then from the two aspects of space resources and equipment resources, it describes the condition of the container terminal yard resources.Second, we briefly discuss the development condition of TPCT container terminal.
