In order to ensure the design, the construction of the ship has good wind characteristics, wind resistance to the ship (or model) experiments. Natural wind field, wind speed, uniformity can not be adjusted and controlled, can not meet the test requirements. Must establish the artificial simulation of wind field experimental system to create a speed adjustable uniform artificial lateral wind farm to meet the demand for laboratory tests in a certain region within. The wind field of the experimental system uses the jet axial fan portfolio rife array has a certain power to create an artificial wind field in the jet mixing zone of the wind field to produce a uniform wind speed adjustable to meet the testing requirements of the experimental system.The establishment of the experimental system without a lot of manpower and material resources, high design costs. Before the design of the experimental system with a computer on the coupling of multiple jet axial fan flow field numerical simulation analysis, the relevant data of the wind field, guiding the design of the experimental system, the choice of the best design, with a very large practical value and economic benefits.In this paper, the wind array formed by the combination of multiple jet axial fan system coupled wind field characteristics, the jet axial fan power output as the core of this experimental project components, its performance will directly affect the reliability of the experimental system.In this paper, three-dimensional software PROE fan impeller model, the first processing software GAMBIT creates fan of the overall simulation model and the mesh, and then calculated using the CFD software FLUENT model. The standard ke turbulence model, separating the implicit solution method, the SIMPLE algorithm on a single tunnel axial fan internal flow field and wind turbine coupled flow field was simulated. Meshing of the model, layout of the grid is very important. The grid size is too large, the existence of the small surface of the grid will generate and the convergence of computation have a certain impact; mesh size is too small, the computation time will increase. Therefore make a reasonable simplification of the model, which requires the designer to constantly sum up experience in the simulation.This thesis is the modeling and simplification of the fan impeller, and the model grid by certain exploration, reduce the total grid number and improve the accuracy of the numerical simulation data to balance the hope that fan numerical simulation from theto learn the role.
