Hydraulic power unit is the foundation and the key of the hydraulic system,namely "heart". High performance are requested among industrial machinery,engineering machinery and defense advanced products and other fields related tothe hydraulic industry. Due to high precision, high efficiency, lightweight, muteand energy saving were set as benchmark, a hydraulic motor vane pump powerunit with the advantages of compact structure, small volume, lower noise, freeexternal leakage, lower pollution and high efficiency was designed by LanzhouUniversity of Technology with the methods of theoretical analysis, numericalsimulation and experimental study.Nowadays, the rotor system is tend to the development orientation of highspeed, slender and high efficiency. Eccentric mass was emerged due to theuneven material of motor pump rotor system, as well as the errors produced bymanufacturing, processing and assembly. Uneven centrifugal force wasgenerated due to thermal deformation and wear during manufacturing. Theimbalanced vibration was generated due to eccentric mass and unevencentrifugal force when the rotating rotor system is at high speed. Then, the rotordynamics problem of motor rotor system is the key factor to restrict the study onmotor rotor system. Due to the unique innovation design and technicalrequirements, dynamics analysis of the rotor system of hydraulic motor vanepump also has certain significance.Therefore, corresponding theory analysis was present by using relatedtheory of the rotor system dynamics and combining characteristics of rotorsystem of the motor vane pump. The model of the motor vane pump rotor wasbuilt. The influence of four kinds of different supporting ways on the dynamiccharacteristics of rotor system was analyzed. Dynamics analysis and calculationof motor pump rotor are conducted, the imbalanced response of motor pumprotor system under state was simulated and the transient response of rotor atcertain speed by ANSYS. Calculation and optimization of motor pump rotorsystem were conducted. Dynamic balance was checked by experiments.Experiments data of speed and flow were analyzed.The main content of the paper:Chapter1, the research background of the topic was present. The research current and development hydraulic motor pump was reviewed and theachievements of Lanzhou University of Technology on hydraulic motor vanepump were stated. The rotor system dynamics research situation was present.The main research purpose, content and meaning was stated.Chapter2, corresponding theory analysis was present by using relatedtheory of the rotor system dynamics and combining characteristics of rotorsystem of the motor vane pump was analyzed.Chapter3, the model of the motor vane pump rotor was built.
