In the field of machinery,chemical industry,aerospace and electric power,the equipments which include high pressure pump,steam turbine,aeroengine play an important rolein this area.As the core of rotating machinery,the rotor will show flexibility characteristic from low speed to high speed in the peocess of running.The vibration of the rotor has affected the mechanical performance and service life of the equipment.According to incomplete statistics,more than 70% of the vibration faults are caused by the rotor imbalance.Therefore,it is of great significance to do the research about the rotor in vibration characteristics and dynamic balance.This paper takes the flexible rotor of high-pressure pump as the research object,analyses the vibration char--acteristics from two aspects of the rotor system and the whole system,then applies the theory to the research of dynamic balance of the flexible rotor,providing a new idea for the field dynamic balance test.The rotor model of the high-pressure pump is established through the analysis of the rotor system.The natural frequency,critical speed,modal vibration mode and unbal--anced response are calculated by the transfer matrix method and Riccati transfer matrix method combined with MATLAB and ANSYS software;We also use harmonic respons--e analysis to verify the vibration characteristics under different forms of excitation with simple harmonic force,and to provide theoretical support for the dynamic balance of high-pressure pump rotor.From the analysis of the whole system,the rotor system model is established by Lagrange equation,the electromagnetic equation of the motor is established by Maxwell equation,the mechanical energy of the rotor system and the electromagnetic energy of the engine are closely connected by the law of energy conservation which construct electromechanical equation of the high-pressure pump in the electric water supply system.The simulation model with unbalanced vibration as input and motor current as output is completed with Simulink software which verify the relationship between them.MCSA method provides the possibility for the vibration diagnosis of high pressure pump.Learn the basic theory of rotor dynamic balance,and compare the difference between flexible rotor dynamic balance and rigid rotor dynamic balance.This paper is introduced about two methods of dynamic balancing of flexible rotor which is also named as theinfluence coefficient method and mode balance method.On the basis of the influence coefficient method,the paper studies the trapezoid counterweight method and the two speed three plane dynamic balance method.Combining theory with practice,the feasibility of MCSA method in field vibration diagnosis and the efficiency of trapezoid counterweight method in solving the first-ord--er imbalance are verified through experiments,which brings a new method to solve the field dynamic balance problem.
