In recent years, with increasing levels of industrial automation, electricityusers have increasingly high demand for reactive power and power quality.Gridat run time, the power supply of reactive power is the premise of the electricalenergy is converted to other forms of energy, electricity transmission, conversionto create the conditions. More focused papers for distribution network load,reactive power consumption more problems due to the non-linear, impact andunevenness of the load power quality problems caused by static var compensatorbased super capacitor energy storage (D-STATCOM).In this paper, based on the super-capacitor group D-STATCOM can notonly compensate for loss of reactive power, but also in the voltage fluctuations,voltage dips back to the grid even without power to send the active powerdistribution networks to ensure the electrical equipment work properly. Supercapacitor has many advantages, such as: large capacity, instantaneous power,charge quickly, modular, and so on. It's suitable for the inhibition of voltagefluctuations in the distribution network side voltage company dips and otherpower quality problems.To maintain a stable DC voltage for the convertercontrol objectives, using double closed loop PI control strategy to control theenergy storage system, Bi-directional DC/DC converter, MATLAB simulationto verify the effectiveness of control methods.The Paper has structure of the main circuit voltage inverter circuit, theestablishment of a mathematical model of the D-STATCOM in the mathematicalmodel of three-phase stationary coordinate system and the synchronous rotatingcoordinate system. A variety of advantages and disadvantages of the main circuitof the control strategy, and ultimately based on the Instantaneous Power Theoryand Fuzzy-PI control strategy, fuzzy control has strong robustness, easy tounderstand, easy to operate, fast response, easy to amend, without system modelcharacteristics, combined with PI control so that the whole system response tothe rapid and satisfactory control precision. Based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation software, to build a simulationmodel of each module, and simulation studies to verify the correctness of thecapacity of the selected components, as well as the effectiveness of the selectedcontrol strategy...
