With the rapid development of railway construction, China's high-speed rail operation mileage has been greatly developed. High-speed railway integrates with lots of new technologies. The paper mainly research the integrated grounding technology.The major parts of the paper stated the simulation of the rail potential distribution,the influence factors of the earthing through wire characteristic,and the current electrode distance to the integrated grounding system in the grounding resistance measurement model. Paper mainly used the node method and electromagnetic finite element analysis, through math software to complete the simulation and calculation, such as ANSYS, matlab and so on.There are two main results of the analysis. The first is the rail potential distribution whiles the train is running and the influence factors of the earthing through wire characteristic. The second is the current electrode distance to the integrated grounding system in the grounding resistance measurement model.
