| Associated with close contact with the water crisis and the range of potential crisis, the growing drought risk , in-depth study on the drought becomes more urgent. The conditions for China's agricultural country, agricultural research is particularly important in arid, and agricultural drought risk assessment and management Strategy is the key. Liaoning Province is an important grain production base, affected by nature, and many other social and economic factors, the high frequency of drought, agricultural systems are often threatened by drought. This paper consideration of natural, social and economic situation in Liaoning province, taking the cities of Liaoning province for the study of agricultural systems. The main contents include:(1)According to years of historical data, analyzed the characteristics and the law of agricultural drought in Liaoning Province, and analyzed mechanisms of the agricultural drought disaster in three aspects of disaster-pregnant environment, disaster-causing factors and disaster bearing body.(2)Based on the drought features in Liaoning Province and the disaster mechanism analysis, summarized the formation of agricultural drought in Liaoning Province, the main factors, and determine the appropriate evaluation.(3)Based on the principles of natural disaster risk formation, the forming principle of agricultural drought disaster risk from agricultural drought hazard causing the risk, disaster bodies of exposure, vulnerability and drought four aspects of drought resistance, use the natural hazard index, the weighted integration evaluation method and the coefficient of variation method, aim at rainfed agriculture and irrigation agriculture two categories, design the Agricultural Drought Risk Assessment System, methods and models of the Liaoning Province.(4)In the agricultural drought risk assessment model , single risk factor evaluation and comprehensive evaluation of agricultural drought disaster risk are given in Liaoning Province, assessment of agricultural drought, order the evaluation results of 14 prefecture-level cities , and draw the corresponding Risk maps use of GIS software. According to the evaluation results and proposed risk management proposals and measures targeted to achieve offering a scientific basis for sustainable agricultural development in Liaoning Province. |
