Ultimately determinate solid baking process conditions of the microbial, screening the bacteria that can degrade the content of cotton meal free gossypol (Free Gossypol), and fermentation medium and conditions were optimized by using of single-factor test with complex bacteria as the strain to ferment, then in the following phase of the optimization process, the orthogonal test was applied to get the optimum composition of the crucial factors of fermentation. Studied on the application of cultured in the Black Carp (Mylopharyngodon piceus), adding fermented cottonseed meal is compare with unfermentation, the fermentation group was higher than the unfermentation that the survival rate and WPG of the Black Carp (P<0.05), the factor of fish feed and AST of liver and serum and Free Gossypol content of muscle were lower than the unfermentation group (P<0.05).Experimentation One Screening the bacteria of fermentationSix strains of random combinations of the fermentation product were Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus natto, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus cereus, Clostridium butyric acid and S. cerevisiae divided into 12 treatment and 3 repeated that fermentation of cottonseed meal. The results showed:the best of combination of Bacillus subtilis+ Bacillus natto+Bacillus licheniformis+Bacillus cereus+Clostridium butyric acid+ S. cerevisiae (1:1:1:1:1:1), that virus-free rate was the highest, the most content increased significantly of total protein content and total free amino acid.Experimentation Two Screening fermentation medium and conditions cottonseed mealThe first determinate fermentation cottonseed meal medium and conditions were using of single-factor test,and then determinate solid baking process conditions of the microbial was using of the orthogonal test, there were cottonseed meal:wheat bran=90:10, (NF4)2SO4 1%, compound enzyme 40U/g substrate, fermentation temperature 30℃, fermentation initial pH6.0,50% moisture content, inoculum 6%(V /W), installed capacity 70g/250mL flask, fermentation time 6d. The degradation rate of 96.52% free gossypol, crude protein (CP)increased 6.99%; total free amino acids increased 9.98%; amylase increased 766 U/g, cellulase activity increased 494 U/g, fat increased the enzyme activity 249 U/g.Experimentation Three Studied on fermentation cottonseed meal the application of cultured in the Black CarpThe experimentation is divided into 3 treatment group,there were cottonseed meal added unfermented (control group), FeSO4·7H2O group and add the fermented cottonseed meal,3 parallel each treatment, every group 30 fishes, fed for 8 weeks of the feed, the discussion about add fermented cottonseed meal on black carp's growth performance, muscle, liver and serum in various physiological and biochemical effects. The results showed:black carp's survival rate and WPG of fermentation group was higher(P<0.05), the factor of fish feed and AST of muscle,liver and serum were lower than the control group (P<0.05).
