Chinese unitive 7 differential cultivars of Magnaporthe grisea were used to identify the M. grisea physiologic races of 66 single spore strains of Pyricularia oryzae which were collected and isolated from Yaan in 2009, and these 66 strains were used to test 59 rice resources'resistant spectrum. The result showed that the physiological races of the pathogen were divided of 6 groups containing 28 races. In which ZB group was predominant group which appearance frequency was 48.48%; and ZA,ZC was secondary group with each frequency was 22.39% and 15.15%,the predominant races were ZB31, ZA31 and ZCA15, the frequency was 19.70%,10.61% and 9.09%.The result of testing resistant spectrum showed that the tested varieties'resistance frequency were overall good.6 varieties'resistance frequency were among 70% to 80% accounted for 10.17% in all the tested cultivars;39 cultivars'resistance frequency were among 80% to 90% accounted for 66.10%; 14 cultivars'resistance frequency were more than 90% accounted for 23.72%.The resistance frequency of Aoxiangzhan was the highest, which was 97.22%.There was different resistance frequency on the same species to different population.The field resistance of 59 source materials were indentified, and the results shows that: the cultivars which panicle blast perform immune and the grade of leaf blast were from 1 to 5 were 6, accounted for 10.17% in all the tested cultivars; the cultivars which panicle blast perform 1 grade and the grade of leaf blast were from 3 to 6 were 10, accounted for 16.95%, high resistance to blast; the cultivars of panicle blast performing 3 and leaf blast being from 4 to 7 were 8, accouted for 13.56%, resistance to blast; the cultivars of panicle blast performing 5 and leaf blast being from 4 to 7 were 14, accouted for 23.72%, moderate sense of blast; the cultivars of panicle blast performing 7 and leaf blast being from 5 to 8 were 14, accouted for 23.72%, sense of blast; the cultivars of panicle blast performing 9 and leaf blast being from 6 to 7 were 7, accouted for 11.86%, highly susceptible to blast.Identification and cluster analysis of 59 rice source materials in vitro inoculation by using 22 Magnaporthe grisea identification strains. The results shows that 30 varieties could be derived may contain resistance genes; 18 varieties contained unknown resistance genes; 11 varieties couldnot be accurately derived because of complicated compositon of the resistance genes. Among the resistant genes which had been derived may contain, there were 13 pairs diffirent resistance genes.And the frequency of two pairs resistance genes of Pik and Pia were much higher. Cluster analysis(threshold=0.85) for the tested materials, all of them could be classified 8 categories according to their resistance performance, and the devision results had some relevance to the derived results of resistance to blast genotype.Two materials of Aoxiangzhan and fengyou 1 were analyzed of genetic resistance by classical genetic analysis method.The results showed that:the resistance genetic mechanism of aoxiangzhan and fengyou 1 were nucleus dominant inherited. The resistance compositon of Aoxiangzhan was complicated, and the resistance controlled by 3 pairs major single-gene, combined with genotype derived results showed that Pia maybe one pair of its resistance gene, the other two pairs resistance genes were unkown resistance gene. Fengyou 1 contained 2 pairs resistance genes, resistance gene may contain Pik-s, Pi19.15 materials were determined by field observations and indoor test kinds of experiments, The results showed that:the main agronomic traits of 15 materials are quite different. The number of days from sowing to heading was between 99 to 125 days. Plant height 85.40~119.70cm. panicles per plant of 5.3 to 16.5 spike, grain weight 18.46 g~36.26g, grains per panicle 72~155, seed setting rate of 46.14%~91.79%, actual weight per plant 11.04~28.87g, Theoretical yield 165.59~433.10kg/mu.The result show that 15 materials were rich in genetic diversity.
