This paper based on field experiences in YiXin Township DuMeng County Heilongjiang Province in 2009, researched on"film-mulching of double line width ridge + drip irrigation under mulch + ridge tillage"(for short DML) and"covering film between furrows + barely drip irrigation + ridge tillage"(for short HLL) technology methods, which have effects on all kinds of biological characters index (including plant height, stem diameter, spike length, spike diameter and so on), ground temperature, soil water regime and WUE and so on. By the experiences paper puts forward an effective method of water saving which fit for the area.The results indicated that appropriate anti-drought and water-saving integrated technological models can remedy the shortcoming of every technology, and they can solve the agriculture problems in the region. The film-mulching of double line width ridge treatment and the covering film between furrows treatment both have an effect on improving soil temperature and reducing soil moisture loss; the ridge tillage effectively reduces soil moisture loss, implied water and improve using of rainfall, which is for maize growing in the whole time. Drip irrigation under mulch and drip irrigation effectively improved WUE, water can be conserved around the maize roots, and the more water can be used to grow by maize.Model DML and model HLL both have an effect on improving all kinds of biological characters of maize, increasing and maintaining ground temperature, providing water for deuteric crop growth that needed.Model DML and model HLL both have positive effect on yield of maize and WUE of model DML is better than model HLL. Two kinds of film mulching methods reduce soil water loss, which make water cycling undre the film, and the ridge tillage makes good use of rainfall and improves WUE. WUE of two models are both morer than 2.5 kg /m~3, and every treatments of model DML is better than model HLL, the increase amplitude is as high as 6.7%~25.4%, the highest WUE is 3.76 kg /m~3.Effect level of maize yield is that model DML is better than model HLL, and average yield of model DML is 12476.1 kg /hm~2, which increased to 23.46%. The highest yield of model DML is 14560 kg /hm~2; Economic benefits of model DML is also better than model HLL. Its average economic benefits are 6692.85元/hm~2, which is 1.87 times higher than model HLL. Specailly the best combination of economic benefits is"water quantity of the seedling stage is 12.5 m~3 /mu, water quantity of the jointing stage is 12.5 m~3 /muand water quantity of the filling stage is 20 m~3 /mu", the economic benefits is 8220.77元/hm~2, is highest of all.In the 2009 test condition, the best combination model and irrigation quantities is"film-mulching of double line width ridge + drip irrigation under mulch + ridge tillage"and water quantity of the seedling stage is 12.5 m~3 /mu, water quantity of the jointing stage is 12.5 m~3 /muand water quantity of the filling stage is 20 m~3 /mu".
