With domestic vegetable industry development, facilities vegetables has been increasing year by year, but because of monotonous species vegetables planting, the soilborne development more and more serious, how to effectively control the soilborne is the current horticultural facilities imminent problems need to be solved. In recent years, Chemical soil fumigation agent was used to prevention the soil-borne of crop, these synthetic soil fumigants are highly toxic to pests but also to many beneficial soil organisms. Inaddition, many of these conventional soil fumigants exhibit vertebrate toxicity and other damaging environmental effects. Together, these negative environmental and human healthconcerns have driven a search for more benign alternatives. Additional advantages of biofumigants include no pollution, environmental friendly, harm is low, the effect is obvious and sometimes additional income for growers, more and more attention by people,T biofumigation on control the soil-borne has wide development potential his paper adopts petri dishes test, cotton yarn cylinder test, potted trial, field experiments to verify the effect of biofumigation to soilborne. The results of the study show that:Chinese cabbage rape, mustard, rapeseed, red turnip, late kale and white kale have suppressing effects on Fusarium oxysporu f.sp cucumerinum Owen,Botrytis cinerea,Rhizoctonia solani Kahn,Pyricularia grisea(Cooke)Sacc. However, different brassica plants had different inhibitory effects. The best inhibition effect is mustard. The inhibitory effects of red turnips, late kale, white kale and rape, was less than that of mustard. The worst of inhibitory effect is Chinese cabbage. The same Brassica plants had different inhibitory effect on different soil-borne pathogens. The inhibitory effect of the six slected brassica plants on Rhizoctonia solani Kahn is better than the other three soilborne pathogens.Cotton yarn cylinder biofumigation device were conducted to study different additives of the mustard on suppressing effects of Fusarium oxysporu f.sp cucumerinum Owen. Obtain EC50 value is 3.34kg/m~2, Select 3.5 kg/m~2 for appropriate additive quantity. In adding amount of 3.5 kg/m~2, the inhibition effect of mustard on Fusarium oxysporu f.sp cucumerinum Owen and Pyricularia grisea(Cooke)Sacc better than the other three treatment. Different biofumigation treatment had different inhibitory effects. The biofumigation effect of Brassica plants outcomes than non Brassica plants. The best prevention effects of Fusarium oxysporu f.sp cucumerinum Owen is mustard in cucumber seedling. The growth index of cucumber seedlings with mustard biofumigation treatment is better than others fumigation treatment.Brassica mustard and red turnip can markedly improve cucumber fruit quality, increase cucumber yield, improving the cucumber plant growth index, reduce soil in the number of fungi and bacteria.
