This paper compared the different extraction solvent to the residues of iprovalicarb in grape and soil, studying on interference from the extraction of total extracting using C18 graphitization carbon black, LC-NH2 SPE also included. It has established the residues detection method of iprovalicarb in grapes and soil by LC-MS/MS through comparing the purifying effect of different solvents and leaching volume by different concentrations of fortified recovery, and the average recoveries were in range 96%-104%, with RSD 7.0-15.8%respectively.Based on the above study, also studied the degradation of iprovalicarb in two sites between two years. Suggested that degradation of iprovalicarb accord with Ct=C0e-bt level of dynamics regression equation. Half-life of iprovalicarb in grapes respectively is: Hangzhou 6.5-8.0 d, Jinan for 11.0-11.3 d, half-life of iprovalicarb in the soil respectively is:Hangzhou 4.6-5.4 d, Jinan to 6.5-7.5 d. The research of final residue for iprovalicarb in grapes and soil also has been studied, the results showed that, residues of iprovalicarb were in range 0.208-1.40 mg/kg in grape with the PHI 14d. Reference to American standard, the MRL of iprovalicarb in grapes is 2mg/kg, the two years results of iprovalicarb in grapes are below the MRL with PHI 14d. The criteria of safety application of iprovalicarb in grapes is settled, which the highest application concentration is 78.57 mg/L, no more than four times in one growing season, The MRL of iprovalicarb in grapes is 2mg/kg, the PHI is 14d.
