The import permit of transgenic soybean in China has been put forward the grim challenge how to keep sustainable production of native soybean industry, because now a latent risk from transgenic soybean of gene flow, contaminate agroecological system and effects on health of human beings and animals must face up to us. There is a long way to seek out the transgenic soybean come up to commerically plant with a large scale in China, which leads to a phenomena on development of soybean industry was relied on importing transgenic soybean in certain periods. It is necessary to evaluate objectively effects of glyphosate tolerant soybean AG5601, Hujiao 03-263 and Hujiao06-698 on biodiversity in agroecological system, the effects of rhizospheric microorganism, arthropodes communities, mainly pests and their natrual enemies, weeds and soybean cyst nematodes were performed in this study by Biolog method, direct observation and 5-point inevstigation method, respectively. The theoretic bases of safety evalution of glyphosate tolerant soybean were displayed after data analysis as following:1. At the seelding and the maturity stages, AW CD value, Simpson index, Mclntosh index and Shannon index of rhizospheric microorganism of glyphosate tolerant soybean AG5601, Hujiao 03-263 and Hujiao06-698, were took on an increasing trend with parabola curve with extension of culture periods, while there was a subtle decline trend between 0-96h in continuous cultivation, and an ascending trend step by step after 96hrs at the 60th day of post-harvest. To compare with their corresponding donors SNK500, Mengdoul2 and local variety Zhonghuangl3(as control), the four parameters were no significant difference at the same timepoint, although there was certain difference by statistical analysis. The results from principal component analysis (PCA) of the utilization partterns of the carbon sources were similarity at the testing tinepoints, besides a difference between AG5601, Hujiao 03-263 and their donors SNK500, Mengdou12 at the seedling stage and a difference between Hujiao06-698 and its donor Mengdou12 at maturity stage.2,Under natural condition, Shannon-winner diversity index, Simpson index, evenness index and number of species from direct observation methods were used to clarify the effects of glyphosate tolerant soybean on biodiversity of arthropods communities and the main pests including Bemisia tabaci, Aphis glycines, Thrips tabaci, Cicadellidae, Ascotis selenaria and their natural enemies as Chrysoperla sinica, Araneida, Ladybirds, Orius spp. in the fields. In contrast with their corresponding donors SNK500, Mengdou12 and local variety Zhonghuang13 (as control) during experiments, the results showed that there was no significant difference for the four parameters, although subtle differences were observed at the same timepoints.3,Mean density(MD), unformity(U), frequency (F) relative abuandence(RA) of weeds in the soybean field were as relative parameters to clarify the effects from glyphosate tolerant soybean by using 5-point sampling investigation, the results showed the RA of green bristlegrass (Setaria viridis(L)) of Hujiao 03-263 was lower that of Mengdoul2, others were took on the same levels. For the number of soybean cyst nematode investigation, there was a significant diffence between AG5601 and its donor SNK500 in Augst, while the similar results were observed between Hujiao03-263, Hujiao06-698 and their donors in Augst and September. Others was no significant difference in all experiments.Take all together, there was no significant difference on effects of diversity between glyphosate tolerant soybean AG5601, Hujiao03-263, Hujiao06-698 and their corresponding donors, respectively, although certain differnces from effects of biodiversity were still observed. In additionally, there were also no extremely effects of biodiversty in the soybean field.
