Ganoderma lucidum is one of notable medicinal fungi from of old.Various bioregulatory factors lie in Ganoderma lucidum, one of these is active polysaccharide which had many functions for health .Nutrient demands and environment conditions of G.5760 optimized, scientific and practicable fermentation process were determinated; At the same time, Optimizing 8 kinds of Ganoderma lucidum in submerged culture, the strains which were apt to submerged culture were obtained.1. Optimizing the fermentation conditions of Ganoderma lucidumThe effect of .nutrient demands and environment conditions of G.5760 on the mycelial biomass and the secondary product extracellular polysaccharide were studied respectively by single factor experiments and orthogonal test. The experimental results showed that the optimum formula of fermentation liquid spawn culture medium and fermentation medium was wheat bran powder 5%, soybean cake powder 3%, KH2PO40.10%, MgSO40.09%, and the fermentation conditions was as follow: initial pH 5.5, medium capacity 32% (80mL/250mL flask), seed age 6 days and inoculation rate 10%, culture time 8~9d..The optimum culture conditions by shaking flask culture were fermentation cycle 6d,rev of 150rpm,additive defoaming agent 0.20%.2. screening good strains by submerged culturecomparison of the mycelium growth rate ,the mycelium growth rate in submerged culture, fermentation products ,fruit body polysaccharide and mycelium polysaccharide between eight strains, the results showed that(1)The mycelium growth rates of eight strains were also different, G. 9 and G lucidum germinated at first, which growed very quickly. The growth rates between strains were G sp> G sinense > G. 8>G blood>G 5760> G atrum.Mycelium balls in submerged culture which were inoculated in PDA medium germinated after about 10 hours, the growth rates between strains were G. lucidum> G. 9> G. 8> G sp > G sinense > G. blood >G 5760> G atrum On the world the growth rate of mycelial balls in submerged culture were quicker and better than that of mycelium, thus liquid spawn was used to apply to cultivate productions in order to shorten...
