From July 2009,the inheritance trend of main characters was studied in Black currant variety F1 progenies of Risager×R.ussuriensis.,Brodtrop×R.ussuriensis.,Oienbyn×R.ussuriensis.,which plant in Northeast Agriculture University gardening station.The test make nine properties do heredity analyse using conventional chemical methods.The nine properties are vitamin C,organic acid,total sugar,total anthocyanin,total flavone,total phenol and soluble solid (SSC),the fruit weight,firmness, in order to direct black currant directional breeding and scientifically provide theoretical basis for parents choose matching.。The results were as following:1. The nine fruits main characters of hybrid offspring belongs to genetic characters controlled several genes, presenting continuous variation, the individual differences roughly present continuous normal distribution, F1 traits performe middle phenotypes distribution.2.For fruit size,three F1 hybrid combinations are obviously lower than parents average value, and there is no appear superelevation parent strain among offspring, and the combined transferpower is 83.56%, showed a smaller variation. If cultivating varieties of large fruit, Brodtrop×R.ussuriensis.combination is a good combination among three hybrid combinations.3.Three hybrids total sugar content (mean) values are less than pro, but the difference was small, the performance variation of low affinity to the the variation combined according to the variation coefficient, largest Oienbyn×R.ussuriensis. for 25.48%, followed by Brodtrop×R.ussuriensis. combination of 10.84%, the minimum is Risager×R.ussuriensis. combination of 9.65%, the maximum coefficient of variation is the smallest coefficient of variation of the nearly three times.4. Organic acid content, vitamin C content and total anthocyanin content (mean) value were all greater than the pro, these three traits to a certain degree of variation tendency of high affinity, the combination of transmission power difference was small and more than 100%, coefficient of variation of organic acids was smaller, an average of 10.92%, Genetic stability was larger, the coefficient of variation of the content of vitamin C and anthocyanin was larger, the average respectively was 25.91% and 27.41%, genetic stability was smaller.5. Offspring fruits of phenols content variation to a larger extent, separate widely in total phenols content, the highest content is 34.73 mg/100g,with the lowest 12.58 mg/100g 2.76 times, the average coefficient of variation is 22.26% between the three different combination; For flavonoids,the highest content is 16.92 mg/100g,the lowest content is 14.03mg /100g, the average coefficient of variation is 18.64% between the three different combination, descendant of fruit total phenolics and flavonoids of the general trend is towards centrotaxis variation. The average coefficient of variation of soluble solids content and fruit hardness is respectively, 10.02% and 17.90%, tendency of soluble solids and fruit firmness present trend in the smaller variation.6.In this paper,in three hybrid combinations male parent is same and female parent is different, as to heredity of the total sugar, organic acid, vitamin C and fruit weight four characters,Brodtrop makes female parent be superior to Risager; For the density of the total anthocyanin and flavone, Brodtrop is better female, and Oienbyn is the best female. As to heredity of the phenol, better hybrid combination is Risager×R.ussuriensis., the best hybrid combination is Brodtrop×R.ussuriensis..As to heredity of the fruit soluble solid content, Oienbyn makes female parent be superior to Brodtrop, Risager is the best female parent. As for processing varieties demand fruit hardness bigger,the best female parent is Oienbyn.
