Bamboo resources in the Yellow River basin play an important role in China bamboo industry, however, they are lack of researches in last years. A full survey was carried out based on the present situation of bamboo structure. Phyllostachys reticulata CV. Lacrima-deae f forest in BoAi and Phyllostachys glauca forest in LuoNing which were the most representative was selected, Some elements which affected bamboo growth in soil in these area were explored, futhermore, some characteristics of Phyllostachys reticulata CV. Duihuazhu was studied. It has the vital significance to use and protect bamboo forest of central plain which has important history culture and resources of industrial value. The main conclusion of the study are as follows:1.On the basis of the comprehensive investigation of bamboo forest in BoAi which is core distribution area of Phyllostachys reticulata CV. Lacrima-deae f . Bamboo forest stand can be divided into"good","ordinary"and"poor". 5 20m x 20m area of the sample was determined for each type. These structure factor such as under the diameter at breast height(DBH), culm height(H), the high branches(UBH), culm weight, uniformity and evenness of 3 different types of Phyllostachys reticulata CV. Lacrima-deae forest stand is significantly difference. And other structure factor such as density of bamboo, wall thickness factor has no significant difference. The between each other correlation such as BH, ground diameter, H, UBH, leaf weight and total weight factors is remarkable. The principal component of bamboo forest stand structure is H, UBH, DBH, total weight, culm weight and evenness, which the contribution rate is 69.6%. Bamboo rhizome distributed in 0~30cm soil layer. Live bud: death bud is 4:6, there is decay among practical forest stands. The contents of many elements in leaves,steam,root and them distribution is different, which has some important related and other no-correlation. The result shows that an excellent standard of the bamboo forest stand is: 11000/hm2 density, 5cm DBH, 11m H, 4m UBH, 8Kg stem weight, and having good uniformity and evennes. The stand soil is lack of N, extremely short of K, and rich in P. According to grading results of"the main elements of the soil environmental background value in HeNan province", Zn in the soil of bamboo forest was grade 2 according to index of geoaccumulation, Cu and as is 1. The experiment shows that the reagent ingredient has a significant impact on promoted bamboo shoot and culm rate, [NAA]1[GA3]1[CuSO4]1[Ce(NO3).6 H2O]3,[NAA]1[GA3]1[CuSO4]3[Ce(NO3).6 H2O]3 can improve bamboo shoot and bamboo culm rate. These results provide technical basis for scientific management of Phyllostachys reticulata CV. Lacrima-deae.2. The principal component of bamboo forest stand structure is DBH, H, culm weight, evenness and density, which the contribution rate is is 77.2%. Bamboo rhizome is distributed in 0~20cm soil layer. Live bud: death bud is 6:4. The contents of many elements in leaves,steam,root is different. An excellent bamboo forest stand is: 20000 / hm2 density, 5cm DBH, 10m H, 7m UBH, 6Kg culm weight, and having good uniformity and evennes. The soil of bamboo forest is lack of N, extremely short of P, and rich in K. According to grading results of"the main elements of the soil environmental background value in HeNan province", Zn,Cu,As in the soil of bamboo forest was grade 1 according to index of geoaccumulation.3. This result shows that Phyllostachys reticulata CV. Duihuazhu is belonged to Phyllostachys bambusoides germplasm through ISSR genetic markers, the genetic similarity coefficient is 0.8571 as the largest level with Phyllostachys reticulata f. shouzhu. The culm average has 5 m H, 4 cm DBH, and the extreme nearly 8 cm. Bamboo rhizome is distributed in 0~20cm soil layer. Live bud: death bud is 3:7. The height growth early is 3~9cm/day, the maximum of daytime is 30cm, and the maximum of night is 40cm, the total average is 24.7cm, cumulative growth of shoots account for 83.83%. The difference of Mg, Zn content of culm is significant and Cu is extremely significant, and N, P, K, Ca, Fe is not significant through compared with Phyllostachys reticulata at the same sample area. The content of N, K, P, Cu among different culm age is significant and the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn is not significant.These results can be used as the reference of the modern management technology of bamboo forest in central plain. At the same time, according to bamboo current situation, a development idea"protective use"was put forward. Some technologic Strategies should be carried out, including Germplasm conservation and seedling,Water-saving irrigation, Bamboo stand management & protection effectively,integrated Pest comprehensive treatment,Bamboo many niche economic develop, high value-added bamboo products etc.
