Xiaolong Mountain forest area in the maintenance of the western Loess Plateau and the Yellow River, Yangtze River region ecological balance, protection of biodiversity, flood water, sand-fixing, improving the environment, an irreplaceable role. Thus Xiaolongshan forest area of the characteristics of soil microbial communities, can reveal the forest law of the soil habitat restoration has important theoretical and practical value. This article chooses representative sample from the Yousonglin and its forest plantations, the Huashansong and its plantations in Xiaolong Mountain Tianshui, Gansu to study the characteristics of their microbial community, such as the number and distribution of micro-organisms, species composition, functional characteristics, and microbial flora species diversity. And then, the article concludes the similarities and differences between the natural forests and plantations. Finally, the article explores recovery characteristics of the soil microorganisms in Xiaolong mountain forest area after restoring the forest. The results were as follows:⑴The soil microorganism quantity feature under P.tabulaeformis Carr and P. armandii Franch in XiaolongshanSoil under different vegetation types and the total number of the three groups in the soil profile shows a clear vertical distribution. The most abundant number of surface soil, the level of the lower minimum. P.tabulaeformis Carr and P. armandii Franch, the forest soil is greater than the number of vertical soil layers soil microbial quantity.⑵Soil microbial species composition characteristics under P.tabulaeformis Carr and P. armandii Franch in xiaolongshanIncluding staphylococcus bacteria genera, Bacillus and Micrococcus are the advantage of generas for this region; Second, common generas are: Azotobacter,Agrobacterium,Flavobacterium,Pseudomonas,Alcaligenes . Rare genera are: Arthrobacter,Cellulomonas,Beijerinekia.Streptomyces belong to advantage genera of Actinomycete . But Micromonospora is genera of rare. The advantage genera of Fungi are Penicillium,Rhizopushairy,Aspergillum, mucor. Secondary genera are Trichoderm,Alternaria . Rare genera is Absidia.⑶Microbial diversity of the soil microorganisms under P.tabulaeformis Carr and P. armandii Franch in Xiaolongshan12 plots of P.tabulaeformis Carr and P. armandii Franch in Xiaolong Mountain , the soil microbial community diversity index: natural forests are more than plantation; P.tabulaeformis Carr were larger than P. armandii Franch, the evenness index consistent with the diversity index, indicating the oil of P.tabulaeformis Carr forest soil microbial community is more stable.⑷Features of soil microbes physiological groups under P.tabulaeformis Carr and P. armandii Franch in XiaolongshanIn all the four kinds of function, the characteristics of number of bacteria in overall performance for: Solubilizing bacteria> Aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria >Potassium silicate bacteria > aerobic cellulolytic bacteria. Solubilizing bacteria have the biggest proportion , And the total amount of natural physiological groups of bacteria were higher than plantations.⑸Similarity characteristics of microbial community about Natural forest and plantations under P.tabulaeformis Carr and P. armandii Franch in XiaolongshanCriteria for the similarity of the known, species composition of soil microbial communities showed similar degree as very similar about natural and artificial forest of P.tabulaeformis Carr and P.armandii Franch, but the Similarity coefficient of soil microbial communities under P.armandii Franch is greater than the Similarity coefficient of soil microbial communities under P.tabulaeformis Car.⑹Forest Xiaolongshan to restore the status quo of soil habitatBased on the above results, indicating Xiaolong Mountain Plantations restore habitat in the state, and P. armandii Franch plantations to restore a better level than the P.tabulaeformis Carr.
