Symplocaceae Telagona belongs to Symplocaceae genus of Symplocaceae Jacq. family,it is an excellent ornamental and connercial tree species, and has the very good development prospect.the main results as follows:1,external hormone has an extremely significant effect on rooting.among IAA,IBA,GGR,NAA, IAA400ppm has the best treatment effect, rooting rate is 88.9%; average plant rooting number is 23; total root length is 44.4cm; average root fresh weight is 0.16g. form the rooting dynamic time, those cuttings treated with IAA emerge cullusing in 15 days, in 20days appears adventitious root formation, abundant adventitious root formation in 30days, ahead of 15-50days compare to check.2,The chlorophyll fluorescence induced dynamics curve are cogradient with rooting. when cutting forms cullusing, Fv/Fm reached maximum, PSIIreaction center has maximal luminous energy conversion effiency; the peak of RC/CSo curve and the valley of DIo/RC present to cullusing and adventious root formation.3,The study of rooting mechanism indicated that some indexes about the contents of nutrient manifested a given rule with the development of rooting, such as solube sugar, amylum, soluble albumen; three kinds of endogenesis hormone present different regularly change in its rooting period, solube sugar present rise-descend-rise; amylum present descend-rise; soluble albumen present rise-descend, among, the valley of solube sugar and amylum and the peak of soluble albumen present mutual growth.4,IAA and ZR are positively correlated with rooting rate, IAA and ZR reach peak at same time. ABA is negatively correlated with rooting rate, the changes of IAA content were contrary to ABA.5,in rooting period, the activity of PPO,POD and SOD correlated with rooting show regularly change, the activity of POD present rise-descend-rise, both of PPO and SOD had a tendency of increasing after an obvious decline.6,callusing and adventitious root period have relation with most physiology parameters. CK and IAA400ppm adventitious root emergence time is 30d and 20d respectively, the emergence time of most physiology parameters fit with rooting time, embody rooting and physiology relations.
