Cytisus is important and multipurpose plant, includes view, medicinal and landscape value,with unique ornamental value.This article studys on cutting propagation technology and rootingmechanism, The main results as follows:(1) In hard-wood cutting completely random test, IAA900mg/L had the highest rooting rate,it was87.8%; NAA200mg/L had the most average plant rooting number, it was13.48; meanwile,NAA200mg/L had the longest total root length, it was73.74mm. Form the rooting dynamic time,GGR600mg/L had the fastest rooting rate, emerge cullusing in5days, in9days appearsadventitious root formation, in15days appears abundant adventitious root formation, ahead of6days compare to check.(2) In hard-wood cutting orthogonal test, treatment2(A1B2C2D2) had the highest rooting rate,reached79.97%; treatment5(A2B2C3D1) had the highest rooting effect indexes, reached3.09. Insoft-wood cutting orthogonal test, treatment2(A1B2C2) had the highest rooting rate, reached57.78%; and had the highest rooting effect indexes, reached1.96.(3) Nutrient substance changed with the times of rooting process. solube sugar present“rise-descend-rise” variation tendency; amylum present “descend-rise” variation tendency;solube protein present “rise-descend” variation tendency.(4) Enzyme had close connection with cottage. SOD present “rise-descend” variationtendency; POD present “rise-descend-rise” variation tendency; and PPO present “rise-descend”variation tendency.(5) IAA, ABA and ZR had different change rules during rooting process. Compare of IAApresent “rise-descend” variation tendency, treatment present “rise-descend-rise” variationtendency; ABA present “descend-rise-descend” variation tendency; compare of ZR has one peak,but treatment has two. In emerge cullusing and adventitious root formation period, IAA/ABAwas increasing; in emerge cullusing, adventitious root formation and abundant adventitious rootformation period, IAA/ZR was increasing.
