The genetic stability of spaceflight mutations was researched and 7 mutant lines were selected based on the difference of agronomic traits, furthermore, wheat population with purpose characters, physiological index about assimilation and nutrition content of 7 mutant lines were studied. Results showed:1. The agronomy traits were variety in wheat after spaceflight and the plant height was notable,Spike length,1000-grain weight and growth stages were also shows differences. The majority mutants were inheritable after 4 generation selection and 7 heritable mutant lines were selected, but some strain were still divided, the plant height were degenerate in continuous breeding.2. Glutenin subunits in Wheat cultivar Shaan253 that carried by a recoverable satellite were varied. 17 mutants were selected according the changes of gluten subunits and only 5 mutants were discovered based on agronomy traits variations, furthermore, 3 new type HMW-GS were detected and LMW-GS were changed in some mutants. The protein content in all mutant lines was lower than control, but the change of GMP content was not consist with the total protein content.3. Dry material productivity were surveyed in SP5, SP6 generation in 7 mutated strains, as well as variation of the physiological index about assimilation in filling stage.Photosynthetic rate of all lines was increased, and the LAI and chlorophyll content in flag leaves were consistent with dry material production. the weight of filling accumulation and the physiological index were consistent. These data demonstrated that the harvest were altered by space environment and new germplasm resources would be required by spaceflight.4. The HMW-GS and nutrition content were determined in the 7 mutants. The HMW-GS were changed and the quality score was decreased. The variations of protein content, starch were obvious in somes mutants, the protent content was decline and the starch content was consist with the 1000-grain weight.
