The screening of new varieties from the hybrid progeny is the main way to obtain new varieties of wheat, the studies of the hybrids on the relationship between the characteristics of important agronomic traits and variation characteristics, and the correlation between traits, which can provide reference for the breeding of new wheat varieties;recombinant inbred lines(RIL)analysis and evaluation of population characteristics of agronomic traits, provide effective groups positioning but also for important agronomic traits in QTL.Therefore,in this study,XN9408,WM8 and E6 by hybridization with Jingdong 8,respectively through one particle transmission method to obtain 3 sets of RILs(F7)group as research materials, analysis of the RIL group of important agronomic traits and offspring phenotype correlation, using wheat 1100 SSR primer pairs on 21 chromosomes of parents, between polymorphism screening to locate QTL,which was to accumulate the basis for QTL mapping of high yield wheat breeding and important agronomic characters. The main results are as follows:1.The 13 agronomic traits of yield per plant in 3 sets of RIL are different in population variation size and distribution,3 sets of groups, the coefficient of variation order from large to small is as follows: plant sterile spikelets, grain yield, biological yield per plant, effective tillers per plant, grains per spike, plant height, main stem length of flag leaf, panicle length, grain weight, stem leaf width, plant fertile spikelet number, spikelet number per plant and heading stage. For the QTL positioning requirements, the agronomic traits must be normal distribution,in theRIL1 group, kurtosis, fertile spikelet number is greater than 1,a skewed distribution in the RIL2 group, the number of spikelets, fertile spikelets skewness absolute value greater than 1,a skewed distribution in the RIL3 group, the number of spikelets and infertility the skewness and 1000 grain weight index value of absolute value is greater than 1,showed a skewed distribution,in addition to these characters, the other characters can locate QTL.2.The correlation analysis between three groups of important agronomic traits showed that 1000 grain weight of RIL1 population was significantly positively correlated with heading date, plant height, panicle length, biological yield and grain number per panicle. The grain number and plant height, panicle length, flag leaf width, biological yield, yield per plant and fertile spikelets were positively correlated, negatively correlated with the number of sterile spikelet;in the RIL2 group,1000 grain weight and heading stage, flag leaf length and leaf width, biological yield per plant, yield.Significant positive correlation was significantly correlated with panicle length, grain number per spike, was negatively correlated with effective tiller number. The grain number and panicle length, flag leaf length and leaf width, spikelet number, fertile spikelet number was significantly positively correlated with heading date, plant showed a significant negative correlation with height, tiller number, sterile spikelet number;in the RIL3 group,1000 grain weight and heading date, plant height, ear length, biological yield, grain yield, grain number per spike was significantly positively correlated, positively correlated with the length and width of flag leaf. The grain number of panicle was positively correlated with flag leaf length, flag leaf width and biological yield.3.Using 1100 pairs of SSR markers, three sets of RIL group for screening the polymorphism among the parents, the parents in the RIL1 group(XM9408 and Jingdong 8),RIL2 group(WM8 and Jingdong 8),RIL3 group(E6 and Jingdong 8)were screened,214,206 and 231 of polymorphic markers, followed by 19.5%,18.7%,21%;three RIL populations are markers on the chromosomes of group B at most, followed by the A chromosome,D chromosome markers were the least.
