In this paper,we researched seed germination, growth regulation, seed cultivation, salt stress tolerance of Cupressus lusitanica.By an orderly cluster, Logistic equation fitting, correlation analysis, hierarchical analysis, integrated weighting methods.we Preliminary draw the following conclusions:(1) 1 year old Cupressus lusitanica seedlings Seedlings were divided:the seedling stage (March 1-41 May), seedling stage (April 2 June 20), fast-growing stage (June 21-1020), late growth stage (October 21-1120).(2) 1 year old seedling growth of the Cupressus lusitanica:the Cupressus lusitanica height data to fit the Logistic equation y= 55.201/(1+36.725 exp (-0.029t) (p<0.01), equation of the regression line very significant Level, the Cupressus lusitanica diameter data to fit the Logistic equation y= 5.259/(1+31.305 exp (-0.032t)) (p<0.01), equation of the regression line reached a significant level.(3) 1 year old Cupressus lusitanica seedlings and meteorological factors have toRegression Analysis: Meteorological factors and height growth of the regression equation: y=-444.791-1.694x1+12.837 x2+0.383 x3+10.474 X4-56.804x5 (R= 0.880, p<0.05) Meteorological factors and the diameter of the regression equation is: y= 13.951+0.536 x1+0.229 x2+0.013 x3-0.4x4-3.105x5 (R= 0.988, p<0.05).(4) In low salt stress, D1, D10 Cupressus lusitanica provenance seed germination rate has slightly increased, the other seed sources have declined, drup small, in high salt concentrations the germination rate of generally falling fast. Germination energy, germination index and vigor index were increased with the NaCl concentration decreased. Cupressus lusitanica the salt-tolerant mechanism of Cupressus lusitanica in low salt concentrations is the dynamic equilibrium of MDA content, SOD,POD activity.(5) Height, diameter, number of branches of Cupressus lusitanica progeny groups were significantly different. If Groups of high thinning, diameter, branch number of traits closely related.(6) By AHP and synthesis we ConcludedThe highest score are D1.D2o AlthougD4,D7 Provenance in germination performance under salt stress are well, on the growth traits Performance is poor. The of Performance D6 on the growth traits is well,but the germination rate under salt stress is low. Considering, D2, Dl species Sources have good performance in all aspects. Therefore, the promotion of coastal protection forest tree species are D1, D2 provenance.
