In this paper, we researched different provenances of Cupressus lusitanica1.5-yearseedlings of Sabina for fertilization under the greenhouse condition, and determination of theirgrowth targets (height of seedling, ground diameter, aerial part biomass), chlorophyll content ofleaves and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentration in leaves. The test set3treatments:normal greenhouse maintenance for comparison (ck); effect of compound fertilizer(N:P:K=1:1:1)total nutrient≥45%(T1); effect of compound fertilizer(N:P:K=4:1:1)totalnutrient≥48%(T2); effect of urea(N46%)(T3).The results are as follows:(1)10varieties Cupressus lusitanica's absorption of chemical fertilizer effect significantlydifferent..D5in three fertilizer processing conditions, the growth indexs comparison CK, all isthe largest. In3fertilizer treatments, the growth and development situation of D4, D10, D9arebetter also. The effect of D8is the worst, in three fertilizer processing conditions, the growthindex comparison CK, all is the smallest. Second is D7, D6, fertilizer effect also is bad.10varieties chlorophyll content changes are not the same. D7D6, in three fertilizer processingconditions, chlorophyll content control CK small changes; D9is in three fertilizer processingconditions, chlorophyll content control CK the biggest change, followed by D5, D2.(2)3kinds of application processing of Cupressus lusitanica seedling growth (height ofseedling, diameter, fresh weight, dry weight) control with CK, are improved. Among them, theinfluence of the growth index T2>T3>T1, that significantly promoted fertilizer can improveCupressus lusitanica seedling growth.3fertilizer treatment Cupressus lusitanica compared tototal chlorophyll-control CK, T1and T2is very well promoted the accumulation of chlorophyll, which T1>T2, T3(nitrogen) of Cupressus lusitanica chlorophyll effects are not significant. Inaddition, the fertilization effects of moisture content of Cupressus lusitanica's aerial parts are notsignificant.(3)Under different management levels, various growth indices and chlorophyll content ofdifferent provenances reached a significant level, while various growth indices and chlorophyllcontent between provenances also reached significant levels. According to analysis,10varietiesof Cupressus lusitanica under different treatment levels, the relationship between height ofseedling, ground diameter and ground biomass is significant, but the relationship between theground biomass and chlorophyll content is not significant.(4)10varieties of Cupressus lusitanica under different treatment levels, the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentration in leaves are significant difference. Under3fertilization,D8, D7and D6, D9which have high leaf N,P,K concentration, the N,P,K concentration are below CK, a negative trend. The N,P,K concentration in leaves of other6species in3fertilization arehigher than the CK. Through correlation analysis shows that: when leaf N,P,K concentration arelow or high, the biomass of Cupressus lusitanica seedling are smaller,Only when the N,P,Kconcentration in leaves reached the optimum range, seedling biomass in order to achievemaximum value.
