The main content of this study include: Firstly, the 13 Pleurotus eryngii strains on production performance were determined using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method suitable for the election that came understrain; and then the actual situation for the industrial production of the substrate water content, cultivar matrix formula and triacontanol on growth of Pleurotus eryngii; the last of the Pleurotus eryngii cultivation materials best formula; main results are as follows:1.For 13 strains of Pleurotus eryngii strains of the production performance of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the results show that: PE-01 is superior strain, the averagebiological efficiency was 76.9%, the production cycle is shorter, longer length of fruiting body, fruiting body density and bacteria shank diameter of more modest; PE-06, PE-07 is a good species, PE-09, PE-11 for general bacteria, the other eight as the inferiorspecies.2. Prudential quality optimization cultivated Pleurotus eryngii study shows that: when cultivated with wheat, the proportion of matrix components increased, the decrease of the proportion of wood chips, have an impact on Pleurotus eryngii production is conducive tofruiting body size increases, is conducive to reducing development and production cycle of the bacteria, but fruiting body density, length and fruiting growth of little effect.3. Pleurotus eryngii cultivation substrate the optimum water content was 63%. This moisture content, the average fresh weight of Pleurotus eryngii 263.5g, production cycle was 42.5days, the fruiting body density of 0.6331g/mm~3, fruiting body length is 192mm.4. Using Secondary general rotation design uses a mathematical model to study the sawdust, wheat bran, soybean meal, corn meal and cotton seed hull Pleurotus eryngii yield rate on the law in order to determine the cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii cottonseed hull-based materialsthe best formula, that is, 21.09% sawdust, wheat bran 15.79%, 11.62% soybean meal, corn flour, 4.64%, 46.86% cotton shell.5. In the culture medium in the appropriate amount of triacontanol on the growth and yield of mycelium were promoted to improve. Triacontanol concentration of 0.08mg/L, fresh weight of Pleurotus eryngii up to 311.3g, the production cycle was 59.6 days, the fruiting body density 0.57g/mm~3, fruiting body length is 178mm.
