In this research,5 strains of high Growth vigor and Antibacterial capability were Selected from 10 strains of Pleurotus eryngii by mycelial growth rate and Antimicrobial test, and one superior strain of high antibacterial capability, good fruiting form and high yield was obtained from these 5 strains by Fruiting test. Biological characteristics test about temperature, humidity, PH and C/N of this strain were carried out and 4 different Cultivation modes basing on the climate of northern Fujian were designed to reach a High-yield Cultivation mode. The main results were as follows:ⅠThe mycelial growth vigor and Phenotype of these 10 Pleurotus eryngii strains were different during mycelial growth phase, and they showed different resistant ability to Trichoderma and Penicillium, but all were sensitive to Red Neurospora crassa.ⅡThere were no obvious difference in growth rate of the 5 selected Mycelial strains cultivated in the matrix medium, but differences were observed in many aspects of Agronomic characteristics such as Bio-conversion rate, Fresh weight, Pileus thickness, Pileus size, Stipe features and so on.In this 5 selected Mycelial strains,"Xing le" was suitable for planting in the north of Fujian due to its high biological efficiency (Up to 86.2%) and good product properties.ⅢIt was suitable for strain " Xing le " to grow mycelia when the temperature was 20℃-25℃and 25℃was the most suitable. The optimum conditions of pH value, Moisture and C/N for "Xing le" were 5.0~7.0,65% and 60:1 respectively.IV Both advantages and disadvantages were observed in these 4 Cultivation modes. ModeⅠ(bed-type bag cultivation) showed fast fruiting, no infection and good quality, but with hard working and the fruiting body was apt to be deformed, and hard to improve economic efficience. ModeⅡ(buride off bags border cultivation) and ModeⅢ(buride Semi-off bags border cultivation) displayed simple management, good quality, tidy Fruiting and fast turning tide, but took a long time to form fruiting, mycelium mass were infected easily by pathogen, and the fruiting body had a poor shape. High fruiting efficiency, single fruiting body and no deformed mushrooms were observed in ModeⅣ(buried plastic bags cultivation), but it took a long time to form fruiting body and mycelium mass were sensitive to pathogen.For market saling purpose, ModeⅡand ModeⅢshould be taken so as to get high yield to increase economic efficiency, while for export purpose, it's proper to take ModeⅠto improve product properties to meet customer demand.
