Wheat is one of the world within the scope of more extensive food crops,and it is the world's largest area sown, production and distribution of most food crops. Wheat planting area of the three biggest countries in the world were planting area of 390 million mu of India, the planting area of 3.244 to 341.9 million acres of China and the planting area of 303.5 million mu, the United States. Wheat planting the first job of tools is the wheat seeder, the effect of wheat seeding for the improvement of the single production of wheat has a vital role. With the change of modern agricultural industry structure and the development of equipment agriculture tends to be modern, intelligent, China 's traditional wheat seeder will because we can not meet the demand for wheat planting industry structure to be being washed out gradually, so need to design developed in line with the development trend of modern agricultural equipment of the new type of wheat seeder.At present, the domestic many areas use the conservation tillage, the so-called reduced tillage and minimum tillage operation, can reduce the fields of soil erosion and protect the ecological environment field. But this will make the land surface is covered with a large amount of residues or crop straw, such as corn after harvester to harvest, will make the land surface is covered with a thick layer of corn stover, wheat precision seeding caused great difficulties. In addition, the domestic still USES the drill ground wheel tractor rear wheel via belt or chain transmission to drive the rows of shaft and fertilization shaft mechanical kind of fertilizer plant, due to wheel or tractor rear wheel slip rate is very high in the fields, so causes uneven seed and fertilizer sowing quantity even leak seeding. In addition, in the process of sowing wheat need artificial downtime through mechanical adjustment rate(or planting distance) and fertilizer, adopts this completely mechanical adjustment method, not only can't do the real-time, accurate adjustment, and variable speed regulating mechanism is extremely prone to failure, make amount of error is bigger and bigger, which cannot meet the requirement of precision seeding.The research aiming at above existing problems, according to a vast amount of data of wheat precision seeder, both at home and abroad application of Solidworks 3d software prototype for the overall structural design, and the rotary cultivator of wheat precision seeder,opener, seed, fertilizer, copying and other key parts design, improvement and optimization.Application of Solidworks prototype analysis module of finite element model of the key components in finite element analysis, so as to realize dynamic properties and strength of the inspection of key components. In addition, the application of kinematics simulation analysis was carried out on the profiling mechanism of ADAMS software, obtains in the working process of the profiling mechanism motion trajectory, provide theoretical basis for the design of the simulation mechanism optimization, the resulting structure reasonable performance of the prototype. According to the design of virtual prototype, physical prototype production and prototype test, analysis of data and concludes that further improvement of the research design optimization.Designed a set of compound plant operating machinery and equipment for rotary tillage,fertilization, planting wheat with the whole intelligent precision control, this will become a current in the same industry at home and abroad with a pioneering and innovative in the field of wheat whole intelligent control research project.
