The research on scaling effects of landscape pattern becomes one of the hottest and mostdifficult subjects in landscape ecology. Based on Geostatistics theory, ShenzhenGreenLandscape is of Object of study in this paper. Semi-variogram of landscape pattern at differentextents and time is discussed to find out the optimal segmentati on scale. By the idea of thedifferential,the optimal segmentation scale is used to divised Shenzhen Green Land date,then thechange of the Shenzhen Green Land is analyzed based on the similarity theory.Based on theabove,optimization measures of landscape pattern are proposed.1).Relying on the information source of2002and2005QuickBird image and digitizedmap,and adopting RS software of Erdas V9.2and Envi V4.3,this paper sudies the best spectrumband combination and fusion of QuickBird image for Shenzhen Green Land, then usingMaximum likelihood classification method to extraction of the date of Shenzhen Green Landevaluate the classification precision. After that we get the style, position and area ofShenzhen Green Land by using ArcGIS V9.3.2).This Paper is use the statistical method to analyze the Shenzhen GreenLand landscapepattern scale effect. If the Segmentation scale is too small, the system of original landscapestructure will be destroyed, and the function characteristics does not match semi-variation,thenugget is decrease as the scale increases, the contribution rate of spatial random error on thediversity and patch density index total variance is reduced, When the scale is increased beyondthe suitable range and continue increasing, and the function characteristics matchsemi-variation,the nugget is increase as the scale increases, the contribution rate of spatialrandom error on the diversity and patch density index total variance is increase. Accordingly this,The best analyzed extent of diversity landscape pattern in Shenzhen Green Land is700m in2002and2005.The best analyzed extent of patch density landscape pattern in Shenzhen Green Land is700m in2002.The best analyzed extent of patch density landscape pattern in Shenzhen GreenLand is600m in2005.3).Based on similarity theory, the position, shape, size and type of green space is used assimilar element.By taking700m as the segmentation scale, we analysis the change of greenspace in the study period. Research shows that the other green space in northern surrounding ofShenzhen has some changes, and in all the central area the green land has little changed. Fromdistrict to District, center around radiation within a certain range is green land are changed most obviously, Shenzhen in2002to2005the green space construction is mainly composed of variousdistrict center outward confining radiation.4).During the process of Shenzhen Green Land landscape planning, Shenzhen city persistedthe principles of ecological priority, landscape continuity, diversity, sustainability and adjustingmeasures to local conditions, took improving city environmental quality, optimizing the structureof Green Land distribution, developing Green Land collocation and conservation level,improving the diversity of Green Land landscape as strategic goals, tried to build a Green Landsystem with consists of 'regional green space—ecological corridor system—urban green space.
