Electrostatic spray (which is capable of penetrating and hitting targets, with spray drops wasted less and well-distributed, will improve the effect of spraying greatly, decrease the pollution of pesticides to the environment, reinforce the prevention and treatment of plant diseases and insect pests, and increase the safety of foods, thus its research has a profound and far-reaching significance. The research on electrostatic spray devices has been attached importance to and developed greatly; however, it has arisen some problems as well, for example, a noticeable problem is that charge electrode, atomizing method and common sprayers cannot cooperate properly. Originating from this problem and based upon analyzing theories of electrostatic spray, this dissertation is intended to perform a relative experiment on a new electrostatic spray device combining annular multi-polar recharge and hydraulic spray, and carry out some statistic analyses of the datum. By means of the compared test between electrostatic spray and common spray, the superiority of the former is proved. The measurement of electric quantity under varied charging voltages will help us have a good command of the characteristics of electrostatic spray. The experiment carried out in the dissertation will provide some scientific bases for the research on electrostatic spray devices of other types, and for the popularization and application of electrostatic spray technologies.
