| The research is about the bambusa chungii which inhabit in Haikou,Zhanjiang, Nanning,Guilin Shaoguan,Changsha and Yiyang.The research inquire these bambusa chungii's biological characteristics and physiology characteristic's difference and the correlation with climatic factoers. The reserch improvement are as follows:1. biological characteristics research. The clumped bambusa chungii from different areas have the following morphological characteristics:average height were 7.5-11m,average DBH were 4.32-6.02cm, DBH bamboo wall thickness were 4.2-5.7mm and the amount of over 2cm diameter joint were 13.1-15.2. The cylindrical bamboo joints were covered by whiting, Length were 41.2-56.7 cm, diameter were 3.61-5.33cm. Rod ring is flat, the sheaths uplift and covered by brown seta. morphological indexes such as height,DBH,bamboo joint amount, bamboo joint length, bamboo joint diameter etc decrease progressively from South to North in research areas.Except leaf size and bamboo wall thickness,Bambusa chungii stem's morphological indexes correlate significantly with temperature.All the correlation coefficient is more than 0.8.In addition the morphological indexes such as height,DBH,bamboo joint amount, are correlative significantly with moisture. Three correlation coefficient is between 0.7 and 0.8.2. physiological characteristics research. The percentage of bamboo wood chemical composition contents are as follows:ashy substance content 1.69%-2.15%,benzene-alcohol extractive content 9.03%-12.89%,1% sodium hydroxide extract content 29.84%-33%,hot water extract content 7.35%~10.96%,lignin content 18.84%-21.83%,pentosan content 20.20%-26.48%,and cellulose content 42.02%-44.53%. Except pentosan,All of the chemical composition contents percentage are under 5%.Except cellulose,the rest kinds of chemical compositions content change is roughly from south to north depressive tendency. On the density,compression strength parallel to grain,compression strength perpendicular to grain and tensile strength parallel to grain were 566.7-665.7Kg/m3,245.5-352.9 N/mm2,57.8-84.4N/mm2,113.2-169.1 N/mm2 and positively correlated with each other. The 4 mechanical properties have correlation with the chemical compositions indexes and change with the laws of latitude, but not obviously.The bambusa chungii leaves chlorophyll and free amino acid content is highest in the summer but lowest in winter. The chlorophyll contents of bambusa chungii's leaves from different areas range from 4.91 to 5.47 mg/g,and the amino acid contents range from 3.5 to 4.18 (mg·FW·(100g)-1).Both chlorophyll and free amino acid content present Gradually decreasing trend from south to north roughly.through related analysis with the climatic factors, The chemical compositions of bambusa chungii,chlorophyll and free amino acid of leaves are correlative with the temperature obviously. The mechanical properties of bambusa chungii are relative with climatic factors to some extent, but not significant. |
