Soybean sprouts is a kind of vegetable which formed when soybean seeds are putted in the appropriate temperature and moisture place. It was first manufactured in our country, and it has a 2000 years of history. The main types of sprout are soybean sprouts, black bean sprouts and so on. When soybean seeds were dipped in the water, various nutrients of soybean seeds would have been changed with the help of kinds of enzymes, making soybean sprouts have more importantly nutrition. As people's living standards improved, the quality of vegetable products is becoming more and more important. Although, soybean sprouts as a high-quality, nutrition, fast and clean food, more and more consumers like it. Soybean sprouts is an important kind of sprouts, its methods of producting and nutritional value have been more researched. The objective of the present study is to reveal the inheritance and map the QTLs of vitamin c and amino acids content in soybean sprouts with 184 lines from the the cross of "Kefeng No.1×Nannong 1138-2".It provides a theoretical basis for soybean sprouts production of high-yield and high-nutrient in order to meet consumer demands. The results are as follows:1. amino acids and vitamin C content in parents and RILt test (t-test) showed that the two parents of amino acids content and vitamin C content are significantly different (P= 0.05). Amino acids content and vitamin C content in RIL show transgressive segregation, similar to normal distribution.2. results of inheritance analysis and QTL mapping about amino acids content in soybean sproutsThe results from segregation analysis under major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model showed that amino acids content of soybean sprouts is dominated by two major genes with major gene heritability and polygenic inheritance rates are 55.6% and 15.6%,and the optimal inheritance model is E-2-6; seven QTLs are detected using datas of the two years 2008 and 2009, located on six linkage groups, and the maximum phenotypic effects explained 10.02%;3. results of inheritance analysis and QTL mapping about vitamin c content in soybean sproutsThe results from segregation analysis under major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance model showed that vitamin c content of soybean sprouts is dominated by two major genes with major gene heritability and polygenic inheritance rates are 78.0% and 19.6%, and the optimal inheritance model is E-1-9; ten QTLs are detected using datas of the two years 2008 and 2009, located on eight linkage groups, and the maximum phenotypic effects explained 9.86%, only one QTL is detected in every year.
