Camellia (Camellia Oleifera) is an evergreen small tree or camellia shrubs in China which has a cultivation history of more than 2000 years. It has high economic value, strong ecological function, which is endemic to China's economic and ecological benefits of superb quality Oil Trees. Currently, Camellia industry and studying is booming, and camellia organic cultivation also growing, but the research has rarely reported. This study of the environmental assessment producing area proceed to the camellia organic cultivation techniques having some guidance, but also for the establishment of environmental standards for producing camellia organic cultivation basis. The results of this research can be summarized as follows:1. Environmental assessment of origin atmospheric. According to the standards of national ambient air quality GB3095-1996 and GB9137, use the weight method, hydrochloric acid and formaldehyde naphthylethylenediamine colorimetric spectrophotometric absorption pararosaniline experimental to test the atmosphere TSP, nitrogen oxide matter and sulfur dioxide content.2009 and 2010 different time points have no significant difference between the total suspended particles, but associate with the season.2009 there are two monitoring points in October the total suspended particulate pollution index more than 1, the rest are standards. Nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide are low levels, and both are in standards with national environmental quality standards of organic production base.2. Environmental assessment of origin water. Water quality subject to the provisions of the national GB5084, respectively, deal with the corresponding sample digestion methods, and use atomic absorption spectrometry to monitor substances in water.Rain in the single pollution index of each index were less than 1, and monitoring area meeting the requirements of organic cultivation.3. Determination of origin of heavy metals in soil. According to GB15618-1995 standard in the second, and use atomic absorption spectrometry origin of heavy metals in soil samples. The content of heavy metals in soil and rock, and both soil parent material are closely related, but also by the profound impact of local environmental quality, topography and biogeochemical cycles. The results showed that 5 elements average content in soil from high to low is:Cr> Pb> As> Cd> Hg,41.2094 mg/kg,23.0020 mg/kg,19.3804 mg/kg,1.2972 mg/kg,0.3658 mg/kg respectively. 4. Camellia determination of heavy metals in different organs. The heavy metals in camellia different organs are of different, Pb in the stems, leaves and roots were higher, accounting for the total organ content of 96.13%; Hg content in different organs is decreased from bottom to top. As in all organs in order from high to low content of leaves>nuts> roots>stems; Cd content in various organs increased from top to bottom, nuts> leaves>stems> roots; Cr content in different organs from high to lower stems>roots>nuts> leaves. the order of average contents of 5 heavy metal elements in Camellia organs from high to low is as follows:stems> leaves> roots> nuts, their average contents are 0.2728 mg/kg, 0.2301 mg/kg,0.2003 mg/kg,0.114 mg/kg respectively5. Analysis about accumulation ability of Camellia Oleifera to five heavy metals. The accumulations index of Pb in roots, stems, and leaves is the highest in 5 heavy metals,0.5237,0.8155, and 0.7219 respectively. The accumulations index of Cd in nuts is the highest, and the accumulation index is 0.2908. The accumulations index of Hg in different organs decreasing as the same law of heavy metals contents; As has the highest accumulation index in the leaves, followed by nuts, roots and stems; the highest accumulation index of Cr is in the stems, followed by the roots, nuts and leaves. (p <0.05).6. Camellia environment quality evaluation system. Based on evaluation of existing national organic standards, evaluate atmosphere, water and soil environmental conditions in Shaoyang area. Experimental results show that the Shaoyang area suitable for the development of organic Camellia Oleifera cultivation. Growingt out of this environment, detect harmful substances in Camellia seed als Camellia o lower than the national organic standards, as this can apply to other areas producing organic Camellia cultivation to provide screening based on environmental conditions.TSP content is less than 0.2mg/m3, sulfur dioxide content is less than 0.15mg/m3, nitrogen oxide content is less than 0.1mg/m3,5 kinds of soil and water heavy metals Hg, As, Pb, Cd, Cr were lower than 0.5mg/kg,30mg/kg,300mg/kg,0.3mg/kg and 200mg/kg, which were meeting the standards of organic cultivation.
