In 2009-2010,through field trial in Zhejiang, comparison experiment on cigar wrapper tobacco, the effects of the interactions of nitrogen and phosphorus on the growth and development, accumulation of mineral nutrients of cigar wrapper tobacco, accumulation of dry matter and mineral nutrients in cigar wrapper tobacco were studies. The results were as follow:1.comparison experiment on cigar wrapper tobacco:(1)ND1,ND2 and Indonesia varieties were earlier than other varieties in the growth period. the plant height of Indonesia varieties was highest while ND4 was lowest; ND4 was most prominent in stem thickness; there was nearly no difference in the number of productive leaves among varieties; ND2,ND5 and American varieties were most prominent in the leaf width. (2)ND2,ND5 and Indonesia varieties were not only prominent in the physical character, but also had some advantages in the coordination of chemical components. Therefore, ND2 ,ND5 and Indonesian variety can be grown locally.2. the effects of the interactions of phosphorus and potassium on the growth and development and accumulation of mineral nutrients of cigar wrapper tobacco:In the growing process, the tobacco plants under T2 and T3 were better than others in aspects of agronomic characters, accumulation volume of dry matter were higher than other treatments, obviously, grew well in the filed, and is suitable to the demand to fertilizer in the growing process of cigar wrapper tobacco; in the whole birth period, blade is always the accumulation center of phosphorus and potassium, in low level of phosphorus, the accumulation of phosphorus in different parts changed unconspicuous along with the increase of potash, but in high level of phosphorus, phosphorus in different parts reduced along with the increase of potassium; with the increase of potassium, accumulation of potassium in each part had a trend of increase, but in high level of phosphorus, accumulation of potassium in each part of tobacco reduced obviously than in low level of phosphorus, so ensure that the content of phosphorus and potassium is enough for the growing of tobacco plant, the most appropriate fertilizer should be a higher level of potash application under the premise of the low level of phosphorus fertilizer; under the premise of no significant difference in stem ratio, tensile strength are the strongest under T3,thickness of leaf and leaf specific weight were in intermediate level, chemical components were coordinating. as a whole ,the tobacco leaf under T3 is better than other treatments.3.accumulation of dry matter and mineral nutrients in cigar wrapper tobacco:After transplanting, in 30d every organ grew slowly,and the content of mineral nutrients were low; every organ all grew faster after 30d,the speed in the accumulation of dry matter and mineral nutrients were fastest in this period, and this period is very important to the yield and quality of the cigar wrapper tobacco, every organ grew slowly obviously after 50d,and the content of mineral nutrients also reduced, but always take the leaf as distributive center. therefore ,in the cultivated prophase of the cigar wrapper tobacco, basal fertilizers should be heavy and top dressing should be earlier, which is adapt to the growing need of the plant , during the later stage, the absorptive capacity of the every organ to the mineral nutrition reduced, and the total amount is lower, at this time foliage fertilizer can improve the field maturity to raise the quality of tobacco leaves.
