| Because of the excellent biological value, microelement amino acid chelate has received more and more attention of scholars and extensive study. As a kind of new type feed additives, it can improve animal performances and feed benefits effectively, and increase breed aquatics profits. Recently microwave technology has made great progress , which can rapidly synthesize organic chemical reaction with no pollution and low cost. Three experiments were adopted.Expt. 1: Study on the conditions of CrMet by solid state reactions under microwave irradiationThe orthnogonal test was used to evaluate the optimum conditions of yeast cell wall by high pressure homogenization on the basis of solid recovery and the content of RNA. The optimal conditions of breaking cell wall: concentration of yeast in the liquid, working pressure and recycle times were 12%, 60MPa and three times respectively.Expt.2 :The analyze of the quality about CrMetThe products's structure were analyzed and confirmed by qualitative analyze, IR spectrometry and the content of the elements. And meanwhile the hygroscopicity and solubility in the physiological condition were tested for the theoretical foundation of application. The results showed that the product contained N of 86.63% and Cr of 9.44%, the purity of the product is 91%. Hydrolyzing stability test showed that CrMet keep no hydrolyzation in water. In the physiological condition product was soluble. The chelated percent is 82.1% in this condition.Expt.3 :The value of the feeding of the CrMet on broilersThe different levels of Cr on dietary is to study The growth performance, slaugh-tered indices and biochemical indices of serum. Carry out 240 7day-old, healthy AA broilers for five weeks, and divide them into 5 treatments randomly with 6 repeats in each treatment and 8 broiler chickens per repeat. The control group diet contained 0.3 mg/kg Cr from CrPic. The group I , groupⅡ, groupⅢ, groupⅣwere respectively added to diet contained 0,0.2,0.3,0.4 mg/kg Cr from CrMet .The results showed that the broilers fed chromi chelate had statistically significant improvement in weight gain and feed conversion ratio, The test groupⅢhad the best improvement in full time. It had a significant effect on the meat product with chromium chelate , and 0.3mg/kg CrMet was better than others. Tacking into account of each index in this experiment , we suggested that the Cr of CrMet supplement should be0. 2~0.3 mg/kg . |
