Microelement amino acid chelates are new type feed additives,which have well biochemical stability,high relative biological value,and improving animal performances and feed benefits effectively.Recently microwave technology has made great progress,especially,which is successfully supplied in organic chemical reaction. With microwave technology,microelement amino acid chelates can be rapidly synthesized,which has no pollution and low cost.Three experiments were adopted.Expt.1 Study on the conditions of glutamic acid and zinc by solid state reactions under microwave irradiationIn this pape,it was investigated that the synthesis of zinc glutamine with sodium glutamate and zinc oxide by solid state reaction under microwave irradiation. On the basis of the chelated percent,the orthogonal test L9(34)was used to evaluate the factors optimum conditions based on single factor test. The single factor test optimum conditions were established as below,molar ratio of ligand 1.2:1,microwave power 500W,microwave irradiation time 150s,initiator(water)13ml. The orthogonal test L9(34)optimum conditions were established as below,molar ratio of ligand 1.2:1,microwave power 500W,microwave irradiation time 150s,initiator(water)12ml,and the chelated percent is 83.02% in this condition.Expt.2 The analyze of the quality about zinc glutamineThe products's structure were analyzed and confirmed by qualitative analyze,IR spectrometry and the content of the elements.And meanwhile the hygroscopicity and solubility in the physiological condition were tested for the theoretical foundation of application.The results showed that the product was inner complex salt,which contained glutamic acid 63.28%and Zn 26.43%.Hydrolyzing stability test showed that zinc glutamine keep no hydrolyzation in water.The solubility in the physiological condition of product was superior to ZnO and ZnSO4·H2O.Expt.3 The effect of the feeding value of the zinc glutamine on broilersTo study the effects of different dietary levels of zinc on the growth performance, zn metalloenzyme in serum activity,immune organ index and the zinc concentration in tissues,experiments were carried out on 240 7day-old,healthy AA broilers for five weeks,which were divided into six treatments randomly with 5 repeats in each treatment and 8 broiler chickens per repeat.One group was fed on diet contained 80mg Zn/kg from zincous sulphate (ZnSO4·H2O)as control.Groups were respectively added to diet contained zinc,20mg /kg,40mg/kg,60mg/kg,80mg /kg,100mg/kg from zinc glutamine.The results showed that the broilers fed zinc glutamine supplementation as an zinc source had a statistically significant improvement in weight gain and feed conversion ratio,and the highest in full time appeared in 40 mg/kg group.With increasing dietary Zn level,Allcaline Phosphatase activity of serum were increased in certain range and then decreased.The highest activity of AKP(alkaline phosphatase,AKP) appeared in 60 mg/kg group.Thymus indexes and spleen indexes of trial groups has a significant difference with basial group(P<0.05),but the bursa of fabricius indexes is not a sensitive index.Znic levels of pancreas and liver were increased with increasing dietary Zn level and the highest numerical value appeared in 60 mg/kg group.Zinc level of thymus of the groups feeded supplementation of organic zinc sources is significantly lower than inorganic zinc sources.Taking into account of each index in this experiment,we suggested that the zinc glutamine supplementation should be 40~60 mg/kg.
