| This paper studied the changes of the physiological and biological indexes of chrysanthemum cultivar"Dongju"which were induced with diferent concentration (0.20%,0.40%,0.60%) QS reagent 24 hours, and the changes of cultivar"Shengguanghuabao",which sprayed with different KT solution (10mg.L-1,20mg.L-1 and 40mg.L-1 ). They all used the distilled water as control The indexes measured in seedling stage, bud stage and florescence. Furthermore the date of flower appearance and florescence, plant height were investigated. The results as followes:1. Chrysanthemum"Dongju"varieties in the photoperiod flowering induction throughout the process, the leaf chlorophyll showed fall-rise-fall and soluble sugar content showed double peaks curve, soluble protein content showed fall-rise, nitrate reductase (NR) activity and DW/FW showed one peak. with the QS reagent treatment at 0.20%, the total contents of chlorophyll, the contents of soluble sugar and protein the superoxide dismutase(SOD), and nitrate reductase (NR) activity of leaves are higher than control. While 0.40% and 0.60% treatment had a certain degree of inhibition of the various treatment groups were restrained to a certain extent Chrysanthemum"Dongju"leaf in various physiological indicators of vitality, which dealt with by the 0.60% obviously.2. With the QS reagent treatment at 0.20%, the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar and the SOD activity of petals are higher than control; O2- produce speed, content of MDA and relative electrical conductivity of petals are lower than control in the entire florescence. The 0.40% and 0.60% treatment by the"Dongju"varieties, petals soluble protein, soluble sugar, MDA content, SOD activity were reduced, while some indicators such as chrysanthemums, is not conducive to superoxide anions (O2-) production rate ,MDA content and relative electrical conductivity, to a certain extent, have also been inhibited, which 0.60% treatment is obviously.3. The comparison of the treated"Dongju"with QS reagent respectively control, show that diameter of bud is higher, the diameter of flower , height of plant , and petal number are lowwer. The handling of"Dongju"kind with QS reagent of 0.20% concentration, making survive rate higher than contrast,while 0.40%,0.60% lower.Not only did theirs stalk type and flower type changed obviously, theirs ornamental value also increased, the blooms of"Dongju"have been advanced 2.5 days than control and the entire florescence of"Dongju"is prolonged 5.5days. With 0.60% on"Dongju",the blooms have been postponed 3.5 days than control. After a reasonable regulation, can Chrysanthemum"Dongju"the overall viewing time from 22 days to 28 days.4.Chrysanthemum"Shengguanghuabao"varieties in the photoperiod flowering induction throughout the process, the leaf chlorophyll,soluble sugar and soluble protein content showed two peaks trends, NR activity showed one peak trend,the change of DW/FW is not obviously.5. With 10mg.L-1,20mg.L-1KT sprayed on"Shengguanghuabao", the total contents of chlorophyll, the contents of soluble protein and sugar the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, nitrate reductase (NR) activity of leaves are higher than control. Which 20mg·L-1 treatment the best results. While the 40mg.L-1 treatment on"Shengguanghuabao"varieties of bud stage leaves a certain degree of inhibition of metabolic activities of the various treatment groups were restrained to a certain extent Chrysanthemum"Shengguanghuabao"leaf buds in various physiological indicators of vitality.6. The comparison of the treated"Shengguanghuabao"with KT respectively control, show that height of plant is higher, diameter of bud is lower. The blooms of"Shengguanghuabao"treated with 20 mg.L-1 KT have been advanced 4.5 days than control and the entire florescence of"Shengguanghuabao"is prolonged 7.5days.With 40 mg.L-1 KT the blooms have been postpone 3 days than control. After a reasonable regulation, can Chrysanthemum"Shengguanghuabao"the overall viewing time from 30.5 days to 40.5 days. |
