The paper deals with the Collembolan biodiversity in agricultural ecosystem and its role in environment. Hulan area of Heilongjiang University was selected as the soil ecosystem in Harbin. There are 133 specimens belonging to 4 families,10 genera by Tullgren Tunnel Method. Among them, Onychiuridae is the dominant group, while Isotomidae, Neanridae and Hypogastruridae are common groups. There are 97 specimens of Onychiurus,9 of Tullbergia,6 of Neanura,5 of Folsomia,5 of Lobella,4 of Hypogastrura,3 of Isotoma,2 of Desoria,1 of Folsomides and 1 of Folsomina. The taxonomy of Collembola in soil ecosystem helps to know the communities under the different use and management of soils. It also provides background information for the future research of sustainability of soil research.
