Forests and grasslands is the ecological environment of an important component of water resources and the protection. Protection of forest, grassland resources, not only to maintain soil and water resources and ecological environment, an important measure for mitigating global warming increase of extreme weather events, an important measure. China's sustainable economic development needs, but also the western development, the development needs of Inner Mongolia.Forest and grassland fires is a kind of forest animal husbandry and forest, grassland ecological environment has enormous destructive power of disasters, it is under natural conditions due to natural or man-made causes (in some natural background) lead to forest, grassland burning a disaster. My area is forest, grassland, one of the high incidence of fires, especially in spring and autumn each year, more frequent fires. Previous studies show that forest, grassland fires between meteorological factors and there is close contact. Therefore, weather conditions, making use of forest, grassland fire danger prediction is feasible and important.The project study and explore the forest, grassland fires, development, and fighting in different weather conditions and the relationship,On this basis,The establishment of forest, grassland fire monitoring and warning systems, production and distribution of forest and grassland fire danger rating prediction, the level and trend forecasting fire period, functional zoning, and forest-steppe in Inner Mongolia, including database systems, forest-steppe in Inner Mongolia and 5 rolling short-term forecasting operational fire danger rating systems, forest-steppe in Inner Mongolia in spring operational forecasting long-term fire danger rating system, the forest-steppe of Inner Mongolia in autumn forecast long-term operational fire danger rating system, the Inner Mongolia grassland forest fire remote monitoring of operational meteorological satellite system of five subsystems.In fire prevention at different stages of release of different forecast products, forecast to be revised on the formation of seasonal forecasting, mid-set prediction to forecast the first month, 5 rolling forecast to revised forecasts late, 24-hour and 48 hour forecast for rolling forecast revised 5 pattern. After completion of the system, for Inner Mongolia province levels of government departments to provide fire and forest fire weather forecast level for the regional government forest and grassland fire departments to provide more timely, accurate, and scientific prediction of fire services, to improve disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities, service effect is remarkable. To disaster prevention, mitigation services play a favorable decision, the system calculated by the model, and the contour generated by the graphics, revised after analysis by forecasters to generate 24 hours, 48 hours in level of fire weather forecast products.
