This test by kieldahl method<GB6432-94> and the near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) (GB/T18868-2002) to detect the content of crude protein in feed materials. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of both and explores the difference of the results. provide the scientific basis for future production practice.(1)Through to the crude protein content is 46.5% of vegetality protein feed soybean meal and different crushing fineness (20 mesh,30 mesh,40 mesh,50 mesh) research. The results show that the bigger the crushing grain, uniformity, and the greater the difference in the results. So comprehensive production cost, choose a crushing fineness 40 mesh is more appropriate.(2) Through test by kieldahl method and NIRS to Crude protein content is 36% of vegetality protein feed RSMS, crude protein content is 26% of vegetality protein feed DDGS YC, crude protein content of 46.5% vegetality protein feedSOM. and crude protein content is 65.5% of animal protein feed FM, crude protein content is 50% of animal protein feed MBM, crude protein content is 78% of animal protein feed the BPP research. Through the contrast test, study the test results difference in animals and plants protein feed under the same fineness by the two methods. The results show that, there is no significant difference(P>0.05) between text by kieldahl method<GB6432-94> and the near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) (GB/T18868-2002). In the production and testing fully can use near infrared spectral method instead of kieldahl method.
