Crude fiber content of the traditional feed for determination method for GB filtering method for analysis of long, complicated operation, sample handling transfer loss is serious, has been unable to meet the actual production requirements; have to use a rapid, simple and accurate issued data analysis methods, to timely judge feed quality. This paper through the instrument method by cellulose analyzer were used to detect the feed in the crude fiber and will test determination method are fully compared, and the influence of accuracy of the results of the factor analysis.GB filtration method determination of crude fiber in forage, harsh conditions, the sample after repeated digestion, filtration and washing and drying oven and muffle furnace ashing; also the method to observe acid-base boiling degree analysis, existence of explosive boiling of the security risks and the whole process of analysis higher requirements for staff operating capacity analysis.Instrument is a method of adopting cellulose analyser were detected, integrated instrument, compared with the GB filtration process, the abolition of the pre degreasing, remove the operation steps of carbonate and the two-step degreasing; secondly to crude cellulose in whole wheat flour as a standard sample to determine the operation parameters in analysis of cellulose and according to the properties of the feed samples, through adjusting the parameters to optimize operation steps to ensure set of procedures to accurately analyze the content of crude cellulose in feed.This paper will GB filtration and cellulose determination of crude fiber content in feed were compared, analysis efficiency was significantly improved cellulose instrument method, the original GB per person per day analysis of two batches of samples, and instrument method per person per day can analysis of 12 batches of samples, to do comparison of multiple samples at the same time, the exploration of craft optimization, various experiments to carry out ability and validation sample has an important guiding significance, cellulose instrument analysis every year can substitute for chemical analysis of about 500 samples, according to each sample save money 200 yuan; year to save money 10 million yuan. Each sample can save about 6 hours of analysis time, save labor 5 people /working days, data accuracy rate increased by more than 80%.The results show that the measurement of crude fiber content in feed can meet the requirements of actual measurement, and there is no significant difference between the national standard and the national standard method.
