Study On Strategic Adjustment Of Farmland Ecosystem In Changsha District

As the level of the whole society's economy development increasing, the expansion of farmland ecosystem's service function, requiring strategic adjustment on structure, function and ecological process, becomes increasingly outstanding demands of the times. From the height of the system, in order to exploring the strategic adjustment of farmland ecosystem fitted for economic development in Changsha, the study applies the combination methods of improved SWOT and comprehensive analysis and puts emphasis upon analyzing the build demand of Changsha's farmland ecosystem, which is based on analyzing the current situation.In addition, combined with previous research and experience, and in the light of actuality and demand analysis, some suggestions of strategic adjustment are integrated. The main conclusions are as follows:1. In order to meet the social economy development, Changsha need to undertake strategic adjustment to farmlands of "5 districts"—to convert the current farmland to urban construction land. Those shortages could be transformed from appropriate farming woodlot and natural meadow of the shares of the four counties (cities).2. The existing farmland environment militate against efficient continued operation of the ecosystem, which is badly in need of renovation. Since the cause of farmland environment depravation is various, a systematic and comprehensive plan is in need.3. In Changsha, farmland resource has close demand relations with ecological city construction, Two-oriented society development and modern agriculture construction. Therefore, farmland resource, ecological city, Two-oriented society and modern agriculture should be regarded as a "four for one" system, planning and designing on top of integrated use efficiency and maximum benefit.4.The overall idea of farmland ecosystem planning and construction of Changsha is:Under the guidance of the scientific outlook on development, aiming at the demand for farmland ecosystem of exist state, ecological city construction, Two-oriented society development and modern agriculture construction, three cores—conserving resources, environment-friendly and sustainable growth are embraced firmly. Through integrating park construction, levy nearer and compensation afar, and functions "one into three", space-time structure,service function and ecological process are constructed newly, making it developed efficient sustainable during the process of docking with eco-city construction, Two-oriented society development and modern agriculture construction.The study will provide theory basis and practical guidance for the construction of resources saving, environmental-friendly farmland ecosystem of Changsha. In the meanwhile, it's innovative that it discusses adjustment base from the angle of demand analysis and puts forward the general idea of ecosystem planning and construction of Changsha.
