At present the domestic demonstration to promote the use of irrigation control system basically is imported from abroad or from domestic enterprises using imported parts assembly, control system use cable control system, due to higher prices, resulting in increased production costs, has seriously restricted the promotion of water saving irrigation technology. Wireless intelligent control system for water saving irrigation for agricultural irrigation areas of research and development of new energy saving irrigation control system, it uses the wireless transceiver control irrigation system of the electromagnetic valve opening and closing, to achieve a large area of water saving irrigation, and through the information collection system and analysis software integration of intelligent irrigation function.This paper uses project feasibility studies related to the theory, mainly from the technology, market, finance and risk of several aspects of HM Company wireless intelligent control system for water saving irrigation project feasibility analysis. This article from the enterprise's basic situation, the first demonstration project investment necessity, then prove that the project is advanced and feasible technical scheme. This paper mainly from the perspective of economy of project financial analysis and uncertainty analysis, from the market, organization and management, finance and technology from the point of view of the project risk analysis, evaluation of the project has good economic benefit analysis of the project, whether it has a strong ability to resist risks and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, the last comprehensive evaluation project feasibility.
