This topic is derived from university-industry cooperative projects:the research and implementation of automatic control system of large-scale water-saving irrigation synergia demonstrative project in Qianxian county,and Red Flag Orchard's intelligent control system in Fulin,Shanxi province and Tongzi county,Guizhou province.Qianxian county of Shanxi province belongs to water shortage flat area,and Tongzi county of Guizhou province is engineering shortage of water mountain area.This two areas are both apple cultivation counties,whose large-scale apple gardens take up 70%of the whole cultivated area.Most of traditional irrigation in this area adopt canal irrigation,only few part adopt water saving drip irrigation.The utilization factor of water resources of canal irrigation is only 50%.Besides,sealing of soil will be easily caused.The few part of water saving drip irrigation adopt wire control mode which needs to run wires inside garden,which increase the difficulty of the project.Maintenance difficulty will be high in later period,and the whole degree of automation is low.This paper aims at above problems,proceeds with the whole systematic structure of intelligent water saving irrigation and the field demand of Qianxian county garden and Tongzi county garden,combines Internet of Things technology,drip irrigation technology,middle long distance wireless communication technology and wireless sensor networks technology,devises a long-distance intelligent water saving irrigation system which has been applied in large scale in Qianxian county and Tongzi county.This system adopts clean solar energy to supply power and LoRa to take wireless communication.In this way,construction difficulties caused by traditional wired control will be overcome,and intelligent water saving irrigation of large-scale apple gardens in this two areas can be realized.Use ratio of irrigation water can be raised to 80%,200 local labor force can be saved every year,and 200,000 yuan economic benefit can be raised in each garden.Main work this paper does as follows:1.Domestic and overseas development situation of intelligent water-saving irrigation is analyzed,and massive structure of intelligent water-saving irrigation system is studied by combining practical project demand.2.Hardware of long-distance wireless intelligent water-saving irrigation system which including field controller,wireless relay,handheld control site and soil moisture content monitor mode is designed and manufactured,and the main circuit of each part is detailedly introduced.PCB is drawn and hardware is making in kind.3.Lower computer embedded programs of long-distance intelligent water-saving irrigation system is designed and written,and program flow chart is drawn to illustrate,and driver of SX1278LoRa spread spectrum wireless module,voice broadcast chip,nixie tube display module,liquid crystal display module and soil temperature and humidity sensor module is analyzed in detail by combining some core codes.4.Upper computer software of the system which divides into project overview,control interface,monitor display and report generation is designed and written.Functions such as intelligent control of the garden's irrigation,the acquisition,show and storage of soil humiture data are realized.5.Soil humiture data measured by system is compared with normal data measured by Shunkeda soil humiture analysis meter,and humiture data is fitted by respectively adopting Gaussian fitting algorithm and Power fitting algorithm,fitting calibration formula of humiture data is reached and applied in soil temperature and humidity monitoring module.In this way,the relative errors of soil temperature and humidity data detected by system respectively drop into 2.34%and 2.51%,which meet the demand of system.6.Distance and stability of wireless signal transmission,pulse solenoid valve Start-Stop,solar power supply and network communication are tested in field.And the integrated system is tested in field,which has been applied in gardens of Qianxian county,Shanxi province and Tongzi county,Guizhou province.Problems arise in field application of Qianxian county about model selection and install construction of solenoid valve are improved.Simple exemplary marketing promotion of the system is done in the end.
