With the rapid advance of the urbanization process, the speed and the scale of construction in parks and green belts was significantly improved and and meanwhile the standard of urban landscape has had a perceptible improvement in China. As an important part of urban modernization, urban landscape is public welfare cause for improving the eco-environment and raising the living standard of the people. Along with the large-scale construction of city parks, the corresponding management and services is attracting more attention.Previously, construction and supervision of urban parks has a certain rationality and adaptability under the guidance of the government in China. However, with social progress and the rapid development of urbanization in recent years, this mode of management no longer meet the needs of modern society. After continuous learning, practice, innovation and learning, socialized management of city parks and urban landscape has been proved to be an effective way that is adapted to the rapid development of China's modern cities. In particular, the widespread use of property management in the public welfare fully reflect that the implementation of socialized management is effective way to enhance the management of modern urban parks. Property management is not only able to provide comprehensive, integrated services, and has developed into indispensable industries for many different fields and business. Advanced and superior property management has been well verified in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other cities. Meanwhile, advanced management concepts and innovative management tools of property management create favorable conditions for improved management of parks and give full play to the green parks of services and social value. In this paper, by comparative analysis, property management have been opened up a new direction for urban parks and green belts that can play a full role of services and do best to contribute society.
