Clubroot has become one of the major diseases constraining the development of rape in Yunnan. It seriously affects the rapeseed production, even causes crop failure in some areas. In this article, based on analysis of clubroot pathogenesis conditions and biological characteristics respectively, we carried out varieties of rapeseed of clubroot-resistance screening and identified effects of chemical prevention and elimination against clubroot in comparative test in Gaohai Village, Banqiao Town, Longyang District, Baoshan City and Mengtuo Village, Boshang Town,Lingxiang District, Lingcang city. It is expected to initially establish rape prevention and elimination clubroot integration procedures in Yunnan Province, and put foward the scientific basis for the production preventing and reduceing clubroot damage in larger area.The major findings of our research are as follows:1. Soil conditions, climatic factors and crop rotation of Cruciferae crops induced rape clubroot. Cruciferous crops plant in the crop rotation plots of acid soils, when the temperature is 23℃, relative humidity 50-90%, Clubroot often occur in rape seedling and cause a certain degree of rapeseed production yield losses.2. During the whole growth period of rape from October to April next year, clubroot is popular from October to early December, from mid-November to February the following year, the occurrence of slow, Further into occurrence of peak in early March, then rape has entered the pod damage and reduce losses, it's an important period to prevent rape clubroot from emergence to bolting during the October to December.3. Under the conditions of simulated rape seedling waterlogging, significantly increased the incidence of clubroot. Sewer draining subsurface reduceing the field moisture is an important measure to prevent clubroot.4.In nine rape staple cultivars in Yunnan and seven new domestic rapeseed varieties bred for screening, we find A35, Huayou No.7 and Yunyoushuang No.1, show the stronger ability anti-clubroot in the whole growth period, planting in the foundation for Yunnan clubroot serious pathogenesis area selection rape staple cultivars and the future breeding of anti- clubroot.5. Two reagents microorganism adjustment agents and ethoprophos were screened form eight reagents widely used at present which were safety, effective and environmental protection and did not influence the rape yield.6. In this study, the initial establishment of the field management measures, resistance (tolerance) clubroot cultivars selection and prevention pharmaceutical recommended in period of disease as one of rapeseed production areas in central of Yunnan Province integrated prevention clubroot integrated technical regulations.
