| Chinese cabbage originated in China,Because of its sweet flavor,rich nutritional value and many types of ecological cultivation,it has spread to the world and become a vegetable type with large cultivation area.The root swollen disease of Chinese cabbage is a special parasitic soil-borne disease which mainly endangers cruciferous crops.It brings great damage and loss to countries and regions planting cruciferous crops in the world.It is caused by Plasmodiophora brassicae through root infection.Clubroot spreads rapidly around the world in recent years.Chinese has the largest area to plant the Chinese cabbage,so the degree of harm caused by clubroot was stranger than other countries.It also caused significant damage worldwide every year.So the establishment of a viable comprehensive strategy for prevention of Plasmodiophora brassicae is particularly urgent.The area with high incidence of clubroot in Lixian County,Sichuan Province was used as the experimental site in this study.Seven varieties of Chinese cabbage introduced from Home and abroad were used as experiment material to compare disease resistance of varieties.Four control medicaments were used in efficacy experiment.The results indicated that Deguangyinggao and Cloud 117 were high resistance varieties to clubroot.Comprehensive performance of two varieties was better than others.50% fluazinam of Syngenta co.,Ltd.and Japan Ishihara co.,Ltdwere the best medicaments to control clubroot.Control efficiency of two medicaments to clubroot exceed 85%.Two better varieties and two kinds of medicament can be popularized in production of Chinese cabbage.The research progress on the prevention and control of clubroot was reviewed in this paper.The technical advantages and disadvantages of various prevention and control modes were briefly discussed.We hope that such methods will promote the follow-up research of prevention and control technology.It would also benefit for the producers of chinese cabbage to get more reference and guidance. |
