Pumpkin belongs to the genus Cucurbita, Cucurbitaceae. They are rich in the genetic resources. The pumpkins are the kind which are the most form-changing and colorful and have the richest variability. The pumpkins are the unique gorgeous melon vegetables that are for eating, health care, and viewing. They occupy an important place in the national economy and have enormous developmental potencies.So far, there is little study on pumpkin cultivation, breeding, physiology in domestic and foreign research organization, far less than the researches in other melon species. It still seems to be lacking in the systematic biological studies and ISSR molecular genetics research of Yunnan's abundant pumpkins resources. The article aims to find out genetic relationship among different local resources, offer scientific basis and to lay a solid foundation for studying Yunnan pumpkins'origins, development and breeding. It also fills the research blank.This paper to forms and biological characteristics analysis method investigated on the collected 76 resources to observe the biological characteristics, recorded, reference《the pumpkin germplasm resources to describe norms and data standard》is written by Li Xixiang and Zhu Dewei, using NTSYSpc software statistical analysis showed that:Resource No.11 and resource No.1 are the farthest genetic relationship; Resource No.56 and resource No.1 take second place the genetic relationship; Resource No.34, resource No.55 and resource No.61 are close relationship, their relative coefficient only 0.519; Resource No.3 and resource No.58 are close relationship, their relative coefficient only 0.615; Resource No.71 and resource No.76 are close relationship, their relative coefficient only 0.517; Resource No.26 and resource No.42 are close relationship, their relative coefficient only 0.613; Resource No.28 and resource No.32 relationship recently, their relative coefficient only 0.700. In the relative coefficient 0.320 place cutting, resource No.11 is for independent groups, therefore its more unique; Other are for a groups, are divided into many groups in different relative coefficient.This paper to molecular genetic markers used ISSR analysis 55 resources and 6 introduced varieties showed that:Resource No.1 and resource No.43 are farthest genetic relationship; Resource No.9, resource No.12 and resource No.13 are close relationship, their relative coefficient only 0.95; Resource No.55 and introduced varieties No.60, resource No.31 and introduced varieties No.57 are respectively close relationship; Resource No.50, No.56 and introduced varieties No.58 are for a group in the relative coefficient 0.769; introduced varieties No.59 and introduced varieties No.61 are for a group in the relative coefficient 0.874. They are cut two groups in the relative coefficient 0.414. The two groups could be divided into many groups in different relative coefficient, be divided into many groups.Using two analysis methods:No.1, they all represent a correlation; No.2, from ISSR molecular marker clustering analysis:Many of the excellent local resources may have been outside the scientific research or breeding unit application in Yunnan. No.3, Many resources in fact they are of the same resources, just due to long in different altitude climate conditions, there was a slight variation growth. No.4, also due to long cultivation, provenance confounding, and their sexual degradation of some resources is more serious.
