Two wheat varieties including Longmai 26, and Kenjiu 10 were selected as the tested crops, test in Changfu town of Nenjiang county to the field experiment way, through the effects of different nitrogen treatment, different nitrogen period to study in the content of wheat plant N,P and K, yield and quality traits, to reflect the effects of nitrogen amount and nitrogen applying stage on the yield and quality of the spring wheat in Nenjiang county. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Effects of nitrogen fertilizer rate on wheat yield and qualityNitrogen in 0~150 kg/hm2 scope, Two wheat including Longmai 26 and Kenjiu 10's the plant height, the small spike numbers, the kernel number per spike, the weight per 1000 kernels and output with nitrogen increases, continue to increased nitrogen application for 200 kg/hm", two varieties of wheat plant height and the weight per 1000 kernels reducing, yield increased instead is not obvious. Therefore, the highest yield could be acquired when applying nitrogen at the rate of 150 kg/hm2 for these two cultivars tested. Wheat grain protein content and wet gluten content were significantly correlative with the increase of nitrogen increased, and grain starch content decreased. When the nitrogen in the 150 kg/hm-,the more wheat quality best, the more quality products best.2. Effects of topdressing stage on wheat yield and qualityDifferent nitrogen period of two wheat yield have obvious influence of wheat, plant height, stem diameter, the spike length and the small spike numbers, both present jointing stage> tillering stage> heading stage; The the kernel number per spike, the weight per 1000 kernels and yield is behaved for jointing stage> heading stage> tillering stage, the wheat great yield characters are in jointing stage nitrogen topdressing best. In different nitrogen period of treatment two wheat varieties, Longmai 26 and Kenjiu 10's seed plants protein content and wet gluten content, both present heading stage> jointing stage> tillering stage, namely jointing stage the grain protein content and wet gluten content were booting to achieve maximum in. Two varieties was lowered performance for the starch content jointing stage> heading stage> tillering stage, namely after heading with nitrogen period goes on, wheat grain starch content first above-ground increase and decrease, in jointing stage to achieve maximum.Two varieties of wheat at the same nitrogen treatment was in different reaction, Longmai 26 wheat grain yield, grain protein content and wet gluten content were higher than Kenjiu 10, but Longmai 26 less than in wheat starch content, this response:Two varieties of wheat different reaction may be due to two wheat genotypes to cause, Longmai26 belongs to the strong gluten type high quality wheat, Kenjiu 10 belongs to the strong gluten type high quality wheat.To sum up, in Changfu town areas of Nenjiang county, the highest yield could be acquired when applying nitrogen at the rate of 150 kg/hm2 for these two cultivars tested, and the suitable nitrogen topdressing stage was at jointing stage.
