With the strong support for oil-tea industry by government in recent years, the fruits of oil-tea picking mechanization become inevitable. Researching the fruits of oil-tea picking machine can not only inprove picking efficiency, ruduce strong intensity, inprove working environment, but also chang the traditional way of picking fruit oil-tea, realizing transformation of the picking and collecting for fruits of the oil-tea from the type of labour intensive industry to technology-intensive industry and give the technology support for making efficiency of agriculture increase and the income of farmer raise and the competitiveness of agricultural products improve.In this paper, a working device for the picking machine of the fruits of oil-tea has been made, which is based on consulting the related papers about the study of picking machine and the study actuality inside and outside, and the investigation of the cultivation of the oil-tea in Hunan, and analyzing the characteristics of the picking of the oil-tea. As a core part of the picking machine of the fruits of oil-tea, the structural forms, kinematics characteristic and dynamic characteristics of working device influence the performance of the whole machine directly. There are several parts under the main research of this text:(1)Through deep study on the biological characteristics of the fruits of oil-tea, according to the fact of the oil-tea forest land, the article designed a high-efficiency and practical working device for the picking machine of the fruits of oil-tea.(2)According to D-H method, I established kinematics equationsthe of working device, and get the relations between the pose position of picking head end and each joint of work device in theory.(3)Using Pro/E software build3D model of working device, than proceed the kinematics simulation, interference testing and so on, got the visual simulation animation and trajectory, the simulation results show that:no interference occurs and the mechanism motion and parameter selection meet the design requirements, so the design is reasonable.(4)On the basis of the kinematics equations, according to the Lagrange equation, deduced dynamics equations of the working device, determined the relation between the force (moment), quality (inertia) and acceleration (Angle acceleration). Using the ADAMS software to process dynamic simulation for the work device, know the situation about force and joint driving force about the work device through the simulation.This research shows that:the mechanism design of machine working of the fruit of oil-tea picking device is reasonable, the motion parameters is proper and the force condition is in good condition, which can meet the practical needs for picking; at the same time, this paper can also be an important reference for the subsequent research and similar mechanical.
