Use the method of experimental ecology, the effects of of experimental Isochrysis galbana parkeOA3011, Chaetoceros muelleri, Dunaliella salina, Platymonas sub cordifor mis and Rhodotorula benthica with Pinctada maxima, Crassostrea angulata, Pinctada martensii shell planktonic larval growth and survival. The results showed that:a combination of different diets on the Pinctada maxima, the Crassostrea angulata, Pinctada martensii shell planktonic larval shell length growth rate of the order were: C.muelleri<D.salina<C.muelleri+D.salina+R.benthica<I.galbana<I.galbana+P. sub cor dif or mis+R.benthica<I.galbana+D. salina+P.subcordiformis<D.salina+C.muelleri+Psubcordiformis, C.muelleri+D.salina+R.benthica<I.galbana+P.subcordiformis+R.benthica<C.muelleri<I.galbana<D.salina<I.galbana+D.salina+P.subcordiformis<D.salina+C. muelleri+P.subcordiformis, I.galbana+D.salina+R.benthica<C.muelleri+D.salina+R.benthica<C.muelleri<D.salina<I.galbana<I.galbana+P.subcordiformis+P.subcordiformis<D.salina+C.muelleri+P.subcordiformis, the initial shell length were no significant differences in the planktonic larvae by15-d growth test, the seven food groups of planktonic shell length of larvae a significant difference (P<0.05), three experimental groups fed D.salina+C.muelleri+P.subcordiformis combination of shell length were the largest growth rate in Pinctada maxima, recommended this feeding combination of artificial breeding in the Crassostrea angulata, Pinctada martensii; combination of different diets fucata and the Crassostrea angulata planktonic larvae survival rate of the order are:D.salina<C.muelleri+D.salina+R.benthica<I.galbana+P.subcordiformis+R.benthica<C.muelleri<I.galbana<D.salina+C.muelleri+P.subcordiformis<I.galbana+D.salina+P.subcordiformis, a combination of different diets on the survival rate of the order of Pinctada martensii planktonic larvae as:D.salina<I.galbana+P.subcordiformis+R.benthica<C.muelleri+D.salina+R.benthica<C.muelleri<I.galbana+D.salina+P.subcordiformis<D.salina+C.muelleri+P.subcordiformis<I.galbana. Larvae cultivate separate feed effect of the best single-cell algae as I.galbana, R.benthica is not suitable as the three test shellfish bait.Comparative analysis of I.galbana, C.muelleri, D.salina, P.subcordiformis and R.benthica, amino acid composition and total lipid content and the four kinds of microalgae electron microscopy observation, the results show that:I.galbana, C.muelleri, D.salina, P.subcordiformis and R.benthica protein, amino acid and total lipid content (%):35.4615.50,9.05,59.30,7.49and32.15,14.35,8.17,52.50,3.92and28.50,22.37,14.92,5.42,2.04.
